This store is a nightmare. Graduated with my masters and I was given the wrong hood color, went to exchange it and they ran out! I was given a "rental" which was not the same color as my graduating class. I ended up borrowing a friends hood. I was promised the correct hood in 2-3 weeks by Jostens. I called the bookstore in 2-3 weeks and was told they were doing inventory so they couldnt tell me if they had the hoods... So I am still without a hood. Spoke with the director the following week, Brian Fetterman. He was quite rude and it was clear he did not want to deal with me. Both the bookstore and Jostens blame me for waiting last minute when my receipt clearly states I purchased my hood on in April. My graduation was in June.... The bookstore ruined my graduating experience. In regards to everything else, the exchange policy is poor. You can save so much money purchasing your books on Amazon rather than waiting in the long lines of a hellish nightmare.

One of the best bookstores in Pomona City . Harkens to the by gone days of cozy shops and literary browsing. A must go to shop for intellectuals, lovers of books and visitors of downtown Pomona.

Has mostly everything youd need as a college student in one location as far as school supplies goes. The prices arent very bad depending on what it is youre buying.

Theres not much to complain about or praise about this place honestly. Prices are high but at least the student staff are generally helpful and kind.
