I honestly do not know where to start . I went to Ashleys about a month and a half ago. I ordered a bed room set and sectional sofa . I received excellent customer service from the sales rep. It was after that everything fell apart . I had scheduled the delivery for August 26th . So come August 15th, I receive a phone call telling me that they are ready to deliver my items. I tell them, my house is not move in ready and that I scheduled for delivery to be the 26th. They tell me that, well they have the items now and they would like to deliver now, so I tell them no, they have to wait till the 26th . So then on the 26th I receive a phone call telling me they only have the sofa for delivery and my mattress . I ask why and they tell me they dont know . So they delivered the sofa and mattress . I get scheduled for the rest of my items, but for a week later . The day the items are to be delivered I wait all day and nothing shows up. So I call and speak with a Greg or Craig and he tells me ," oh they had the wrong delivery address, they tried at my old address ". I ask how is this possible and he tells me he doesnt know . I ask to speak to a manager and he says he will call me back . I wait 2 hours and nothing so I call back and the Same gentleman tell me that the earliest they can deliver the rest of the items is in a week . By this time Im furious but what can I do I accept the day. So today the rest of the items should get here and I receive a phone call telling me that they can only deliver my dressers because they dont have the railing for bed . So I ask to speak to a manager and the person tells me I am going to email the manager and have him call you back . I explain that I have made several attempts and that I am very upset . I get told I am truly sorry and I will have a manager call I back . So finally the dressers show up and u wont believe it . One of the dressers in missing a handle and all scuffed up . I am honestly so disappointed with their service . So I try to call back and talk to someone and I get an automated service that I ask for either someones name or their extension so I push zero to talk to the operator and it tells me that number is no longer in service. I will NEVER go to to Ashleys . Worst service ever !!!! As I sit and still wait for the rest of my bed to be delivered. ***so today 9/12/16 the rest of my bed was supposed to arrive and it did, but the railing to the bed was damaged. No surprise . So yet another week added to me not having a bed . Im deeply disappointed and will NEVER recommend Ashleys to anyone !!!!!!

Before visiting, I was in search for a couch, kitchen table and tv stand. I also wanted the items to be shipped from SoCal to central CA (No furniture store was willing to do this and stores from Central CA were not willing to match the prices of Socal stores). Another note, this was my first time shopping for furniture. I visited Ashleys HomeStore on a Sunday (Super Busy). The four employees that approached me on Sunday did not inform me of the the sale (50% off every item). I went home on Sunday without purchasing an item because everything I liked was out of my price range, I felt hopeless. On Monday, I looked at the ad page from Ashleys and decided to go back and settle for the sale items on the ad (Not the quality of furniture I wanted). I went back to the store and as I approached the middle of the store an employee by the name of Matthew informed me of the sale (50% off every item). He was very specific and exaggerated the sale that was occurring for the next couple of days. After hearing about the sale, I was relieved because I did not have to settle with the sale items on the ad paper. I was able to purchase the couch, table, and tv stand I desired. After reflecting upon my two visits, the store was very busy on Sunday and it seemed that each employee was working with multiple customers. Mondays visit was not as busy and I felt that my sales person was able to focus and answer my questions. I would highly recommend purchasing furniture from this location because I talked to an associate (Matthew- guy from Vegas) that was patient with me and answered all of my questions (Shopped and asked questions for 3 hours). The 50% sale was very helpful, I was informed that memorial and I believe Veterans weekend are the best sales to shop at this location.

I bought some furnitures from this store on 7/4/2015, they deliver the goods on 7/17/2015 for my new home. Then problem comes one after one. 1) When they deliver the furnitures, they told me that one dresser will be late, OK, no problem, I am just a lit bit surprised that why they do not told me in advace. 2) When the installer installed the Queen bed for kids room, they found the hardware for the drawer were missing, they can not install that. They call the office and said they would send later, OK, no problem for me. I can wait. 3) On 7/18/2015, which is our official moving day, we went to the room, found the queen bed head board was fallen apart from the frame. There was no sit, no sleeping on that bed, if my kids slept on that bed on 7/17 night, she would be got hurt. 4) Then went first floor, sitting near the dinning table, we found the table was broken also. We took pictures and customer service said it can be changed on 7/24/2015. OK, no problem, we can wait. 5) On 7/23/2015, we went to this store to change some other bed design, the customer service gave me a gift card, OK, I used it for a purchasing of 3 stools, 1 stool I brought home, they will delivery 2 other stools on 7/24. 6) On 7/24/2015, the table comes, we found the painting was different from the one we bought. If we take this table, then we get one painting for table, another painting for chair and server. The stool also come, but only one. Not sure what happened. There was no one check details at all in this company. Yes, they accept the changing, but they do not care your time, for each delivery I have to stay home waiting, it is my time. Do they think about itl. I was exhausted, I will not go to this store again. Thank them let me know how bad things could be.

Let see my son and I went a couple of weeks ago and the sales person turned out to be no help and she seemed in a hurry. She told us the selections that we could pick and when we did she said oh ya cant let you have those tables with the package forgot to tell you about that selection. She then told us well if I let you have that one I wouldnt make any commission which that affects my job. So we left...Went back the following day and had a terrific sales person help us and had told her about our experience the day before which she said yes sorry that should have never happened. I told her that we came in the day she was helping us and purposely went to another sales person because she did not deserve her commission from us. At the end when the final docs were signed, she told us I went ahead and gave half the commission to Daniel anyways since she helped you yesterday. I was not happy and seemed on the sneaky side. I was going to complain to the manager but wanted to just get out of there. When they delivered the furniture the delivery guys were great. The legs on all the tables were off balance so he called in for a technician to come over today and fix or replace the tables so they did their part. I even spoke to the apt lady on the phone in front of them. I am still sitting here waiting with no phone call and contacted by no one as today they were suppose to show up......So that is my experience with Ashleys. I bought a bedroom set from them a little over a year ago and had similar issues but it was with delivery. Go figure I have spent about 4 grand and it will be the last so shame on me.
