WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I do not know if the people above were actual customers or if the company itself put these comments up but this company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. At first, the representative was more than happy to quote me a price for two futons + shipping. Then I called in again because I did not want to buy one of the futons which was too expensive and out of my price range to ask for the price of just one futon for my roommate. When he hears this he goes crazy and starts to get angry, raising his voice, stating that in a "hypothetical situation" if I had gone to another company I would pay $150 above the price of the futon at their store. Then when I said that all I wanted was a quote on the one futon and not some hypothetical situation that was wasting my time, he starts to laugh and goes off on another tantrum and gets even more absurd. Then the sales representative starts to change everything he said in the beginning in regards to pricing quoting me $70 for shipping to los angeles for 1 futon when he quoted me the same price for the price of 2 futons. When I asked why the price of shipping would be the same for both he got even more angry and then started saying, "we will ship out the futon to Los Angeles when there is another order that comes out from LA because it is too far." SERIOUSLY? What kind of company gets all the money for shipping and waits for another order to come from an area before they send it? This place is a catalog furniture store, which is very small and seems to receive very small volumes of orders (if any) and then to say that they will only ship it when someone else from Los Angeles orders a delivery from them is in my opinion ridiculous. First off, the location is hidden in a small strip mall in Walnut, CA and I am very skeptical as to when the next order will come in from LA. So ultimately, I am paying for a futon + shipping without knowing if the futon will arrive next week, next month, or next YEAR! GREAT MARKETING I AM 100% SURE THAT EVERYONE WILL GO FOR THAT DEAL!!!!! Honestly, these two reviews before me were probably friends, relatives, or sales representatives putting up 5 stars for their own business purposes. Consider this your warning as I am in no way affiliated with this company and therefore can give you an honest critique and opinion as to the way they conduct their business. The very unprofessional manner in which the sales representative acted today was very upsetting and thinking that nobody would ever find out about this was almost enough to put me in a hospital bed for the next couple weeks due to stress. Final Thought: I do not know if this place might be cheaper than other places, but pay that little extra and go to a real furniture store or at least one where the sales representatives will not get mad, yell, and ultimately do whatever he wants and play around with the customer in regards to pricing + shipping.

All-in-all I was very pleased, and surprised by how great Grigsby Furniture was to me. I randomly stumbled on their website looking for a new dining room table. Im currently renovating my moms kitchen and we needed a matching table for CHEAP. After searching the Internet for a little while I came across their website and was immediately drawn to the number of inventory selections they had of tables to choose from. To add on to it, the prices were unbelievable. I was a little apprehensive because most sites like this are not true to the price but it got me intrigued enough to call and make an appointment. Alexander helped me out over the phone and he reassured me that he would take care of me and give me the best deal. My mother and I love the table that we got. It was exactly what we were looking for and with Grigsbys large inventory, it was easy to find a table that matched our kitchen. They even delivered the same night that we ordered the table WITHIN THE HOUR and FREE DELIVERY! I was worried because we bought the table when they were closing the store and I didnt think it would be delivered the same night. They told me that he would have it delivered to my front door in exactly one hour, and sure enough...I had the table in my home the very next hour. I am for sure going to be a repeat customer for all my home accessories and needs. They sell everything, check out the site yourself. Ill be needing a new couch for my living room soon so I hope to get that by Christmas. Check out their store, if you think the deals are too good to be true...well give them a call and theyll show give you the best prices for home furniture. This is actually one of the first big purchase items like home furniture where I felt I was being taken care of and got the best deal. Thanks again Alexander.

This place should get 6 stars. I had no way of getting my daughter a birthday gift for her party because I had to work a later shift than usual. No Excuses Cuz I could have shopped earlier. But Anyhow, I drove from one place to another looking for a simple vanity set to give my daughter something she has been asking for. I drove across fairway on valley blvd in Walnut and saw a small lit up furniture store in the middle of nowhere. I took a chance at 8:50pm to hope and pray they had something close to a vanity even a white office desk at that point. I walked in and saw Alexander and his wife Kalsey cleaning and appeared to be closing up shop. Alexander came up to me and asked how my night was going and how could he help. I didnt have to answer because right there next to him stood 3 vanity sets tall and gorgeous. All three vanity sets displayed a red tag discounted price which made me extremely happy. I smiled the whole time during checkout. Not only did they have vanities in stock, they had exactly the kind I was searching for. White vanity with drawers mirror and a seat to match. I know in this case your thinking, well shes only giving stars because she got lucky. No I am giving stars because Alexander and his wife were extremely kind to me, Alexander helped me load the box in my car and they even gave me a $25 dollar gift card to come back and shop there anytime. Not only do they sale vanity sets, but they had over 20 magazines full of all kinds of furniture. Their store is small but they are going to make a lot of people happy who shop there.

he only way to see your furniture is to drive out to Walnut (and you HAVE to make an appointment), monday-friday during peoples normal work hours, and then be driven to the warehouse from their office. Personally, I had no interest as a woman alone riding with any of these guys to a warehouse in Walnut... so I cant review the warehouse, as I decided Id rather buy the furniture sight unseen than put myself in that kind of situation. Additionally, they advertise that you can use a credit card, but be ready to pay nearly double the price to use that option. They quoted me one price on the phone, and then when I got there, told me it would be an additional $60 from what I was quoted. I got my furniture home, and it was just total junk. The table is made of such soft particle board that it scratches nearly instantly, and within 3 days, the "wood finishing" started peeling off. There is a completely exposed corner now. The stools are so poorly made that they need to be retightened every week or so. When I called to take advantage of their exchange/return policy, they gave me a 5-day "window" to pack up this massive table and return it to them in order to get a new one. I was willing to pay to have a delivery team exchange it for me, but our negotiations lasted longer than the 5 day window, so that was it! 6 Month return policy null and void! Im now stuck with this peeling, cheaply made table. Ridiculous. Dont waste your cash, time and hassle for cheap furniture that will fall apart quickly.
