Ruben is incredibly incompetent. We were sold a sofa with a hole in the bottom and broken boards. When you sit in the middle the board bulges out the side as well as sinks down to the floor. Weve been speaking with Ruben about getting a replacement. Theyre acting like theyre doing us some huge favor by getting us a replacement on a couch that we purchased last Saturday and notified them of the damage the very next day. He goes around in circles. Im not sure whether he doesnt understand a word were saying or if hes just that incompetent. They did agree that theyd contact their warehouse and get us a replacement couch. Weve been discussing what dates and times delivery would be possible. They keep stating that theyll follow up with us and it never happens. We have to keep calling them and following up to find out whats going on and every time we speak with them they either act clueless or as if they shouldnt even have to be dealing with this issue that is a direct result of their negligence. They told us that they could deliver a new one but that it would be on a random day at a random time whenever their warehouse guys would be in route in our area.... Weve been trying to work out a time with them but this is getting ridiculous. I mentioned yesterday that it would be a POSSIBILITY that my boyfriend may be able to go into work a couple of hours later to be here around this time for delivery. At the end of that very conversation Ruben stated that no time was set in stone and that HE would call my boyfriends cell phone this morning to keep us updated and let us know a possible delivery time for today so that we could see if it would be doable. I ended up calling him after not receiving any call back. Ruben seemed clueless and just kept trying to tell me that I told him that they could deliver at this time no problem-- That is not AT ALL what we agreed on yesterday. So now he informs me that the delivery truck is on its way, meanwhile both my boyfriend and I are at work and will not be home anytime soon. Well see what happens from here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DOING BUSINESS HERE.
