My husband and I were in the market for a new bed, so we spent about a week looking at mattress places in Orange, and our last stop was this one, Americas Mattress. We stopped in and were surprised by the atmosphere, its definitely not a warehouse like most of the other places we had been to. We were quickly greeted by a very friendly salesperson who asked us a few questions about how we sleep, and then showed us to a few different beds in our price range. We picked out one we liked, a soft one with a pillow top. They gave us a free mattress protecting pad with it and we had it delivered the next day, they even set it up for us! We also got a special bed frame, I dont remember what they call it, but its all metal and has storage bins underneath. Its really sturdy and the extra storage saves a lot of room without taking any extra space. I really recommend getting it.

I shopped at all the furnitures stores in town and was surprised to find out how much they cost. I wanted a bed that would help with my back pain. I found the mattress I wanted and did the research. After looking at every possible place I found Americas Mattress OC. Eddie was so helpful and save me $2500.00 off the price of the local stores. I was surprised since he had to ship it so far that he was able to offer me such a good price. After Sleeping on the Mattress for over a month now I cant image finding a better mattress. The mattress that I purchased was the Bliss Beautiful. Eddie was so nice and I know if I need anything all I have to do is call. I never leave reviews but I felt I had to since I was treated so nice and the mattress arrived on time. Eddie did everything he said he would do.

I purchase a Serta king perfect day and Lifestyle Solutions bedroom set deliver to me in just 11 days their web site had a large variety of mattresses and furniture and great description of the products. I looked at other web sites offering mattresses and furniture, some offered no or very little information about the items. Americas Mattress OC offered a very thorough product description even explaining some of the specifications of the product. I saved about $800 over purchasing it locally, additionally shipping was free and no tax. Im very satisfied with my purchase and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them and order from them again.

Hands down THE BEST customer service from a mattress store. It took me quite a while to find a mattress I was really happy with; after all, a really good bed is not cheap and I didnt want to be stuck with a mattress I didnt absolutely love for a few nights let alone years. Eddie and Heather were excellent and really patient. They encouraged me to spend hours trying out their mattresses, which I did, and even offered to let me sleep overnight. If you want a retailer that is willing to really work with you to make sure your completely satisfied with your purchase dont hesitate with Americas Mattress OC.

I was shocked to find this store off the 55 freeway, I go by here all the time and never noticed the big sign out front. Great customer service here, the owner helped me find the most comfortable mattress for me, not too hard or too soft. He was very knowledgeable, and gave me time to try each mattress I liked. The driver called me before delivering to verify my address. It was nice to have such quick and easy service.

I work in the area and have been seeing their furniture display for months. I finally decided to stop in and see about price. The store is actually bigger than what you see from the street. The sales woman was helpful and I ended up buying a package. They had financing so I went for it ... it was good price. I got the bed that I was eyeing and a mattress to go along with it. JP
