They sold me a head and footboard, as wells as a chest of drawers and high end chair to go with it. On the day of delivery, only the delivery man noticed critical pieces were now missing and advised me. Two weeks later Greg, the manager, was so arrogant and unhelpful (he wouldnt take anything off the price despite their having lost the pieces necessary to put the bed together) that the deal was off. I was shocked at the lack of interest in maintaing good customer relations, especially when it was their error and the bed was missing vital pieces. The customer service was very poor.

I have purchased items from this store and have also put items on consignment. There are so many great items to look at you wont know where to begin. Greg , the manager there is great to work with. He is never too busy to take the time check out your furniture items that you want to consign. He is very knowledgeable at pricing.He knows how to price the item to sell quickly. I went to the Newport/Teller Ave store and the Manger and staff here are wonderful. I bought a custom made high end dining set. They quickly loaded the pieces for me in my truck without any damage. I will definitely return and buy more items.

I often go to the Consignment Center to find things in their constantly changing display. Last weekend I bought two Shabby Chic nightstands which are terrific. Everyone was most helpful in loading them into my car. Tim was great.

I love this store! This is kind of tricky to get through the parking lot but well worth it! There is always something new and fun to find here. They have great prices on their jewelry and a wide selection of estate jewelry box:)

I also find something at a great price, even if its not what Im looking for. The people are super nice. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because its so hot in there. It will sometimes cut your shopping time short.

Got my little couch here. Its a good place to shop if youre not in a hurry of finding the perfect furniture every visit. You will find some cool stuff at a bargain price most of the time.
