I discovered Outdoor Elegance about five years ago looking for A luxury out door furniture set. Back then the sales rep Joseph walked me through, telling me everything I should know about buying A out door set.. Their was many considerations to think about He led me to pick the right choice at the right price, and delivered on time. Since then Ive been back to store buying cool bbq gadgets and accessories,along with bbq rubs. Saying that Outdoor Elegance has been great to me But two weeks ago they went from great to Awesome" I went in to buy a new BBQ. Sales rep Joseph walked me over to the Fire Magic grills I told Joseph I have a Fire Magic now and it went out on me, so I rather not go with them again. So instead of showing me the other high end grills he asked me the year and the model of my Fire Magic Grill Joseph said my BBq is still under warranty and that he could contact Fire Magic to fix it under the warranty. I told him that the Fire Magic didnt get purchase here, and he said that it didnt matter, fire magic has a great reputation and stand by their products. Long story short Joseph got fire magic to fix my grill under warranty. and he could have easily not said anything about fire magic warranty and sold me one of his bbqs. All I can say is thank you Outdoor Elegance, Fire Magic and Joseph You Guys Are Awesome.

While at the Glendora Wine Walk, my daughter and a group of her friends (of multiple ethnicity) were in attendance where they decided to have a seat on the outdoor furniture provided. While some of the group proceeded to the restrooms, OEPDC Co President Doug Sanicola came to the area where they were seated, multiple times. One of the women from the party asked Doug Sanicola if he wanted them to leave. He said Yes, saying they were trashing the area. When the woman tried to converse with Doug Sanicola, he started to belittle her and began using vulgarity towards them, and mocked all of those women among his friends with him. He even called the police stating they were intoxicated. The party of young women just left without further incident. As an Armed Forces Veteran of 21 plus years, I am highly appalled of the treatment given to these young ladies by the president of the OEPDC. For someone who racially taunts to a group of young women and thinks he can get away with it is beyond belief. When you think you can say what you want because of your position really shows me your true colors. I wonder if your company really reflects the man who runs it.

Before meeting Joseph at Outdoor Elegance I purchased a fountain topper and another fountain from another fountain place. NOTHING I PURCHASED WORKED!!! The topper hole at the top of the fountain was cut so small (less than a 1/4 inch) that I just had a drip. I went to Outdoor Elegance Pricing was also great and Joseph directed me to the perfect fountain. He listened to what I was trying to accomplish in my new fountain. I bought what he suggested and WOW after he set it up IT WAS PERFECT!!! Just what I had been trying to get. His profesional knowledge and the time and work he put into making it so perfect was unbelieveable. I wish I could get that kind of service and honesty from everyone. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND ANYONE LOOKING FOR PERFECTION IN A FOUNTAIN TO GO SEE JOSEPH AT OUTDOOR ELEGANCE. The other company would not even take the topper back and was very rude when I called them and told them what the problem was. TO THE OWNER OF OUTDOOR ELEGANCE I SAY KEEP JOSEPH AS HE IS NOT ONLY A WONDERFUL PERSON BUT VERY TALENTED IN HIS FIELD. THANK YOU JOSEPH! Tamara Buckley

I purchased my patio table set at Outdoor Elegance. I passed them a million times thinking the place was so big it has to be too expensive... much to my surprise (for the amazing quality) it was very affordable. I was greeted almost right away by a friendly, laid back, knowledgable and very helpful salesman (this almost never happens anymore) and he wasnt in a big rush to move on to the next customer, he spent much time customizing my order and seemed happy to do it. I really left there feeling like I was the most important guy in the store. After a few days I notice a big crack in the table.... I called them and "No Questions Asked".... it was replaced and they were here to install the new table top in under 1 week. I could not have been any happier!!! And the Jensen Table/Chair/Bench/Umbrella set is unbelievable and ergonomically designed and will last a lifetime. I was so impressed with their courteous professionalism, I would not even consider shopping anywhere else in the future for my patio needs..... uh, and now I have a big "want" list going..... uh.... thanks guys!

Why would someone who lives in Indiana order outdoor furniture from California? Because it was top of the line quality and the most friendly, caring customer service! The owners, Doug and Sharon, along with Joseph never pressured us to make a purchase and sincerely wanted us to find the best product for our needs. It began by sending them pictures of our outdoor area -- it moved to a few phone conversations with lots of questions and suggestions from Joseph--- then real fabric samples arrived at our home --- and more phone conversations---- to signing the deal! The owners worked with us to find the very best shipping company at the best price. We continually felt like they were more interested in making us happy than by selling their product. We could not be more pleased with our Outdoor Elegance furniture. It was a big investment ---- an investment that will last!!!

I love this store! My fiancé and I recently purchased some beautiful outdoor furniture here, and our salesman Rob helped us pick out the fabric and pieces that we wanted, and the delivery was included. Weve been back since to order a couple more pieces, and weve been very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of Rob and the rest of the staff. We had minor problem with a chair under warranty, and Rob got right on it and arranged for a replacement - we didnt have to do a thing. We are now looking into getting a fire table and I wouldnt consider getting it anyplace else because I know they will stand behind what they sell, and they only carry top-notch products. I highly recommend Outdoor Elegance!

Beautiful displays. Bought new burners for my fireplace. Thought it was high, but it came with a lot of hype from the staff. They praised their installer so much you would think he could walk on water. I paid for him, he couldnt install. Went back, owner at a loss. Luckily Co. Rep was there told them what to do. G. D. Installer left the control know in the fireplace about 4 inches from the side of the burner. I had a choose, kill him or hire someone else. I hired out at my loss. No way Id ever recommend them. Dont listen to the hype from KFI. Thats a paid commercial.

From the minute I walked into Outdoor Elegance I knew it was different from any other outdoor product store I had been to. I dont know what other store offers the product range that outdoor elegance does. Rob and Joseph helped me with everything from bbqs to patio furniture. I was impressed how knowledgeable, informative and most of all not pushy they were. Outdoor Elegance is easy to get to from where I live, just right off the 210 freeway. I am glad I discovered Outdoor Elegance and will be back.
