I bought a sofa Feb 2015 & its already fallen apart,the cushions are flat,I have had to put ply wood for support,the springs are popping out,the frames creaks,the velour has rubbed off the material. There is only ONE person in my household,just me. Mike the owner/manager tells you the furniture is American made & guarantee to last...this is a LIE. I think anyone can make tags that say American made & attach it to the furniture. I regret I was a fool & stupid to do business with this store. I should have read the reviews ~ one review would have told me enough not to buy from this store. My girlfriend that went with me discouraged me from buying the sofa,but I did anyway,I was a fool. The owner/manager Mike is like an "old car salesman & she picked up on that. The owner/manager ran & laughed all the way to bank with the check $648 I gave him. He told me the check was going to the corporate office by the time I got home he had already cashed it. As a matter of fact he asked if I paid cash he would not charge me taxes. 6 months after I bought the sofa cushions started to go flat, & the guy who acts like his assistant told me Mike was off for a week there was nothing he could do...I went back & Mike was there he told me there was nothing he could do that I had caused the damages,that it looked like I had not taken care of it he was not responsible for unreasonable tear & wear.I told him I lived alone & it was obvious the material & construction was inferior. He told me he had to leave as he was closing early & he proceeded to close-up; I was very upset I cried & told him how unfair & rude. Like the other dissatisfied buyer says "BEWARE". Dont be a fool like I was. DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

The worst customer svc I have ever recvd. This place told me when I got ready to pay off my balance (in cash) that I couldnt do same day delivery and I had to wait 2 days (they didnt tell me this when I made the initial purchase). They promised me a delivery date of 2 days later, I took off from work on this day, and I called the day before and they wanted to change my delivery date. If I wouldnt have called them they wouldnt have told me. They gave me a 4 hour window, and came an hour after the window. The furniture was damgaed and the matrees was dirty. Then they wanted me to wait another week to re-deliver and finish the set-up!!! Prior to this, my friend bought a couch set from them., They promised her same day delivery. Two days passed and she had to call them. They promised a date and didnt show up. She had to go see them in order for them to put a rush on it! I would never buy anything from them or refer anyone to them.

My wife and I brought a living room table set,box spring & a dresser less then 5 months ago.The leg on the table is leaning to the left.I tryed tighting it up but the screw is stripped. They delivered it and assembled it for me.Poor job.We also brought a queen size box mattress with the order The owner bobbby sent one delivery man to my location.I watched him drag my box spring off the truck I politely asked him to not drag it when he got it inside the house the plastic was riped off on one side and the box spring was dirty due to it being drugged smh.The delivery guy also drug my black 6 drawer dresser it was obvious to heavy for him to carry alone.When I told him about it he stated oh just take a black permanent marker and shade the missing paint parts back in.Im usually not the type to complain but sheesh I would never BUY ANYTHING ELES FROM THAT FURNITURE STORE..ANY SUGESTIONS ON WHAT I SHOULD DO..IM DISAPOINTED

Very poor and dishonest business conduct! They delivered a two piece couch with only two feet attached on one couch, and when questioned said that is the way it is suppose to be. When my wife returned to the store to question them they handed her a screwdriver to assemble it herself. In addition they delivered the couches without all the pillows and she had to go back and get them which they were reluctant to do at first. They did give her a little end table but it had damage and was of very poor quality. Bottom line BUYER BEWARE!

Unfortunate experience. Got a nice couch for a good deal but one of the cushions was a different color. Paid for a replacement w the correct color and was told we would be called within a couple weeks. Came in to check on the cushion since I didnt hear anything. Said they needed more time. Its been over a month and still nothing. I called today to ask and they said they would clear up the problem and call back. I never got a call. Really wouldnt suggest buying anything from this place. Ill never go back.

Well After leaving a large furniture store in Ontario , a friend of mine told me to go see Bobby at Wholesale Furniture Warehouse in Upland on 9th st. so I did , Bobby was helpful his prices were very reasonable for Quality Furniture (10 year warranty) ..! I furnished my whole living room ..! Financing was quick and easy..! Thanks Bobby , Im telling everyone , oh and delivery was a snap..!

I got a sofa set here and I think it was a very good deal. It was made with fabric I got to choose and I was able to make payments on everything which was nice. My sofa even showed up a bit earlier than expected and was delivered and set up. No pushy sales people, service was friendly and knowledgeable. Very nice merchandise for a small store, just a bit hard to find your first time going.

I found this gem of a store using google maps, and they have been a godsend. I shopped around for weeks trying to find the perfect sectional, I had almost settled for an expensive one when I found wholesale furniture warehouse. Finally a store that carried american made brands. To make a long story short, I ended up saving $1100 on a superior quality sectional.

I had bought a "leather" living room set and the leather part all peeled away after a 18 months. I was would hope it would have lasted at least 5 years. I hate my living room set. Not quality furniture.

I live in an upstairs apartment and on the delivery date they delivered a dinette set and left it outside at the bottom of the stairs without no notification to me.

Cheap quality furniture. Horrible customer service. They lie and give you the run-around. Will NEVER purchase anything from them again or recommend to anyone.
