We had the worst experience with World of Decor staff at Irvine.. Some of the staff is polite like Keith but most of them are very rude and they dont care about customer satisfaction or better service. We bought a decorative wall mirror, a bedroom set and other stuff over there in January and when we went to pick our stuff, the mirror had a bit crack and a chunk was missing which wasnt broken when we bought it. The bald guy who works there was very rude and he argued that it was already broken and you have to take it. We were really frustrated and just wanted to get it over with this and just wanted to get that broken mirror and go but Keith interfered and he said they will order a new one and asked us to wait for 2 weeks. Its been more than two months and whenever we call their office, no one picks up and once that same rude guy picked up and he said our broken mirror is still there and we need to take it. We explained that we wanted to but Keith interfered and asked us to wait but he wouldnt listen. All this experience was very bitter.. Even the bedroom furniture had edges broken and had numerous scratches. I realised that they dont sell stuff in good condition, whatever is auctioned in there is damaged. We can get better furniture for the same price elsewhere. Really REALLY regret visiting World of Decor in Irvine. Please stop calling us every other weekend with your annoying automated promotional messages. Thank you!!

Was in this store over the weekend and got a great deal on some wonderful patio furniture that I wanted delivered immediately for my 4th of July party. The manager of the store Keith, assisted me greatly in both working with me on the price (we bought quite a few of their great pieces) and getting delivery arranged for me promptly. I highly recommend World of Décor as a place to find great looking and quality furniture for the home and the staff couldnt be nicer. I will definitely be going back.
