The mall itself is ok and has nice shops, .. This review is for the Lullaby Nursing Lounge located by Nordstrom. All 3 times I have gone by to nurse my son, the area was dirty, smelly, toilets backed up, private nursing room locked with no one inside, and the nursing lounge filled with random people coming in to use the restroom with or without children. One man even brought his son in, who proceeded to puke on the floor ! One man came in and sat down to relax where women should be nursing ! I dont understand the purpose of this section if its treated like a regular open bathroom area for women, men, and teenagers alike. It is not a peaceful place to feed what so ever ! 5 Negative stars !!!

My Mighty Mouse has an issue, no matter where I click, the mouse is only picking up the tertiary click (clicking the grey ball). When I took this into the Mission Viejo Apple Store, they told me to go into System Preferences and change the preferences. No matter how many times I explained to them that it was a hardware problem, they would not give me the time to even plug the mouse into a computer. I find it very unnerving that I can diagnose a problem faster than a paid employee. I could have gotten an appointment faster from a neurologist. Apple Aficionado -Billy Johansen

My favorite mall in all of Orange County... they have everything; Amazing food court & Starbucks & Jamba Juice, Seese & Sweet Facory, Cheesecake Factory & Rubys, 2-story Forever 21, Nordstrom, Victorias Secret AND PINK, Sephora, MAC, Disney, H&M, Loved, Apple, Microsoft, TWO Macys (1 for men & 1 for women) Specers, Vans, PacSun, Charlotte Russe, Wet Seal, Abercrombie, Old Navy, Gap, Express, Banana Republic, Lulu Lemon, etc. The list goes on & on! But seriously, the 2-story Forever 21 is what gets me ever time ;)

Came here for the 2nd time today and these guys are Pros. Brought in 13lb slab of Japanese Wagyu i needed cut into 8oz cuts. There where dead on. Knew exactly what to do and vacuum sealed them in pairs for me. The service here is beyond compare and of course they have a vast knowledge for meat. Ive purchased some amazing steaks from the in the past as well. My advice is just listen to what they recommend. Ask for Guy. (they are all great however)

Good mall. They are starting to attract some of the stores that I love and used to only be able to shop from online, such as Teavana and Lush. They have your basic selection of department stores, clothing, gifts and such. One day Ill head into Build-A-Bear and get myself one of those cute toys just to say I have. They have restaurants and a food court. I really only wish some of the food options were more exciting sometimes for varietiess sake.

If you are a shopping freak like me, then this places offer nice quality shopping places like Macys, Nordstrom, Sephora etc. You can plan your day with big shopping list and go there. There are lot of eating options too like cheese cake factory or just grab a pretzel while doing shopping... Though there is nothing much for entertainment or kids entertainment. I will prefer Irvine spectrum anytime if i am going out with friends for a day of fun

We are here for a few hours, right? And then were hungry. I have a stroller so I go to the elevator and its closed down for repairs!? I dont have time to go to a completely different store just to use that elevator and have time to eat. Yeah just close down the elevator for repairs when theres never been a problem with it and inconvience all the people who need to frickin use it.

A good mall but several vacant storefronts and some odd kiosks bring the vibe of the mall down. At one time they seemed to be going for a high end classy feel, but now it seems like they are just opening shops to fill gaps. The food court has a bunch of different options but not much that is any different from any other food court you would find in so cal.

This mall has lots of good shopping options. It feels nice that there is so much open space so it doesnt feel as crowded. I mostly shop there for childrens things, so the childrens place, the Disney Store, and the lego store are my go-to stores. I like that they just opened a Lolli and Pops there! Ill go there and the lush store to treat myself.

Just passing through, first time here. Lots of parking and store options. Was on my way down to San Diego so I stopped here to buy some bday gifts. Wouldnt come back here as its too far from home and not worth the trip thanks to Amazon. Amazon how I love you, you remove the headache from having to visit crowded malls. Amazon, youre the best.

Food: OMG I love the food, The Shops at Mission Viejo was amazing along with the sides. The price I paid was sooooooo worth. Customer Service: Waiters were great, mostly since this was my first time and my waiter was really helpful in helping me in choosing my food. Parking: The parking lot is kinda small but there is also street parking.

I pretty much park by Macys and shop at Macys, so the rest of the mall (although nice and clean) is not of much interest to me. The food court is nice and there are several restaurants (Cheesecake factory) in the mall. Across the street is the Kaleidoscope which also has a movie theater, restaurants and such. Freeway close.

Upscale mall with all the places your would expect at most shopping malls, plus a little more. We like stopping at the Lego, Apple, and Microsoft store. Food court has many options plus their are separate restaurants also available. If you have kids, be sure to check out the Kidgits membership for free stuff and food.

Great selection of retailers, from Starbucks and Smash Burger to Tesla, Apple and Microsoft, and all the usual suspects like Tommy Bahama and Macys. Convenient access to highway and generally sufficient parking. Fully indoors, for those not excited by shopping in triple digit heat.

I like this shopping mall. It could use a little renovating now, but its an overall good mall. The food court has some good options like my favorite Blaze pizza and Smash Burger. They have 2 kids play areas which also makes the "boring" mall a little more fun for little kids.

To all Malls in America, it is my understanding that if you have a store in your Mall and you are open on Thanksgiving, that my store would be fined if I didnt open on Thanksgiving....I will not be shopping in Malls anymore...I will just do my shopping on the online

I come to the food court for lunch when I have time between classes at saddleback. Theyve got blaze pizza, panda express, Starbucks, Chipotle, smash burger, and a few other spots and even a boba place! Nice place to people watch too if you ever get bored.

This has everything youd want in a mall. Highlights for me include the Apple Store, Nordstrom Cafe, Pottery Barn Kids, Lego Store, Hannah Anderson. They have a great, clean play area for kids that is always hopping without being overly crowded.
