Here is my Experience with the FedEx at Lakewood and Candlewood: If you plan to WALK IN and use counter services for design, layout, binding, blueprints, etc,,,you have made a hugh mistake. DO NOT go to this (or any) FedEx printing location if you need to use counter services! Go to a Mom and Pop print shop for this. At FedEx 7 out of 10 employees at the counter will have ZERO or very limited printing, layout or graphics experience. Your going to waste your time and become frustrated. To receive fast, quality materials and services using FedEx Kinkos print centers: Step 1 - Email your materials to FedEx Printing! Step 2 - In "good" English write clear instructions or send along a written or drawn a diagram Step 3 - If you need it in less than 2 hours,,,,DO NOT use FedEx! Step 4 - call ahead to see if your work order has been completed. Step 5 - pay with cash,,,,and use Exact Change or pay with a Credit Card! Never Ever USE Debit Card! If you follow these simple 5 steps,,,,you will NOT have a single issue to complain about! Here is why: 1 - The experienced printing professionals at FedEx are NOT at the counter. 2 - These people are in the back running work orders 3 - I further suspect FedEx layout and graphics people literally are not even at the location! 4 - These people are more than likely Virtual! 5 - These folks will electronicly send the completed material to your location, and the local staff (note - I DID NOT SAY Printer) will run the job and prep it for pick up. Sooooooo,,,,follow the above 5 steps, and FedEx will be a good printing graphics partner for you!

just talked with one of their employees over the phone regarding an invoice quote. Employee I guess took the initiative to make the decision that even if you provide the paper stock to them, youll still get charged the full amount. Then when I reacted, he went ahead and got the supervisor and the supervisor just relayed the message to the same employee saying that "we going to have to test your paper, then determine if were going to give you a discount." I think kinkos went to crap when most of their stores switched to regular hours.

Give them a shot. Im not really sure whats up with all the hate. I have yet to use their copy or shipping services, however, I come to this shop to get my trimming and papers drilled for multiple and somewhat complex projects and I have no issues with their service thus far. An employee named Marc helped me and he delivers excellent service. Unlike the other shops Ive contacted, these guys finish my projects within a few hours and not days. I definitely will be coming here for future jobs.

Customer service is awful. I absolutely hate when I have to come her because the employees are just awful. They do not know what they are doing and forget to help you. They are unfriendly and rude. The only person that knows what their doing is the manager. All the other employees are constantly asking him how to perform tasks. I never post bad reviews, but my experience here was so awful that I had no choice. Good luck to you all!

On July 2, 2008, around 4pm, I went the counter with 4 Fed Ex boxes to be shipped. I waited there for over 5 minutes while a youngish blond female employeed totally ignored me. Her co-workers were also ignoring me, horseplaying with some copies. It wasnt until another customer came over that this female finally muttered something to a co-worker to help us. Very rude, and possibly discriminatory.

Lazy, stupid, untrained - one clerk by the name of Will didnt know how to troubleshoot a basic black and white printer but instead stood there in the middle of the store like a four year old dancing and singing at nursery school - if I wasnt so angry I would feel sorry for the guy. 1/2 hpur wasted for nothing.

I was shipping a cell phone back to the company who shipped to me using the same packaging and the guy said i needed a better padded box for $8.50. I call BS or up sale or something crooked. so i had to go some where else.

Honestly . the best experiance for my first time at a FedEx . 100% it took me about literary 5 min and it was becuase i couldnt decide ona package . fast and eazy . really recomend it
