This is a "brand new" store with a great new management. I recently went to have my report bound. I had no idea what to do. Fernando approached me and took the problem right out of my hands. He had all sorts of suggestions, and when I discovered I had omitted several pages of print, he did it right off my USB stick. Just $0.11 per page! I also had a couple of color pages printed at $0.59 per page. The result was amazing! Very professional! Fernando said he was aware of the bad "press" the store had gotten in the past, but that it was under new management since about a year ago. It really is - and feels like - a brand new store. Oh, and the whole thing - 187 pages of text - cost just a little over $11. I am one very satisfied customer!

Dont go here!!!!!!!!!! Worst customer service ever, the lady that was there didnt even want to help me out. I brought my own Packaging had my printing label already on it she told me "I couldnt use a box I have to purchase the FedEx box". What kind of nonsense is that, if I have my box then why would I have to purchase FedEx box. I guess I just trying to make money off you or something. Thats very rude. She was in hurry to help somebody else thats I was behind me. very big on attitude problem right there. You dont like your job dont work there.

Horrible customer service. I ship with Fedex on a daily basis at another location with no problems. Because I happen to be close to this place I stopped in to ship a package. The customer service person doesnt know what she was doing so after 20 minutes of struggling with the computer to ship a very simple and standard ground package she told me they cant accept my package here and that I need to go to a FedEx Station to ship my package. If you dont know how to work with the computer, just ask a co-worker with more experience to help!

Zero! I had to click a 1 star just to post this review. For a little over a year now, I have attempted to dropped off a box here they have given me a hard time and just today they declined my box. The most unfriendly service I have ever had to deal with. I am not sure what new management they are under, but it is not for the customers. The way we wrap our boxes is the same way the FEDEX driver receives from us on a weekly basis. It is only this office rules that is stopping their them from servicing people.

I needed to cut some papers and the paper cutter is just terrible. There is no way to get a straight clean cut on your paper if you need to cut or trim it. It actually messed up my poster. Im guessing some of you are going to call user error, but be warned. I have used numerous professional grade paper cutters and the ones in this Kinkos need to be replaced. The rest of the services are fine I guess.

Came here for a last minute print job because my printer decided to no longer work and the person was very friendly and helpful. He helped me figure out the best way to get things printed and despite re-printing it once, he only charged me once since we found errors after the first print. Will be back here again. I just wish this store was 24 hours since it is nearby.

They try to sell me an over priced box, and packaging fees, every time. The box I used to ship is of better quality. Keep in mind this same box was shipped to me via FedEx. Been shipping FedEx for years but this location is making a killing(ripping people off!!) from selling overpriced cardboard.

You pay to use the computers, but they are slow and sometimes freeze, and you still have to pay for that. Plus its overpriced. I cant recall leaving ANY Kinkos and feeling good... i always leave disappointed and upset that I wasted my time and money.
