This is the best FedEx that I have had experience working with, their manager took my last minute large project and got it done in the time frame that I needed (10/13/2015). She also went out of her way to make sure it came in under my printing budget. All done super late at night (10:30 pm) when they close at 11 pm. Then their delivery driver on 10/15/15, went way out of his way to get me my packages when the convention center was sending him in the wrong direction. He even waited for me on his break. If it wasnt for this terrific FedEx team, I wouldnt have been able to pull off my project for our trade show in time. I highly recommend this location to get your projects done.

I am a student, and I do lots of copies, prints etc. I usually go to the one on Palo Verde near my school CSULB. However, for the last 2 times I came to this location and I DID NOT receive any help after asking for it. There was a lady working both times her name is Julia, she was very rude and I notice that she did not provide customer service either. One guy asked her if she could show him how to print by using the computer and the responded “I CAN’T HELP YOU, YOU SHOULD KNOW HOW TO NAVIGATE THE COMPUTER”… I recommend you go to another FedEx.

This has to be the worst FedEx office ever. The people working there honestly do not care about the customer. You will be in like waiting for half an hour while 1 person attends people and the rest do nothing. The self do it machines are ALWAYS broken. they expect you to use a computer to be able to print 1 document. If they are not busy the least they could do what print it. I have seriously seen 1 person attend 10 people at the same time, the nicest worker there, while all the other do nothing to help her. Avoid this FedEx.

This is the only FedEx location I utilize, mainly because of the consistent customer service given. Specifically, Ive had the privilege of being assisted most often by Anthony. He is extremely personable, helpful and knowledgeable with every question. Especially in this economy where the dollar is uncertain, Im a person who values and searches for outstanding customer service, above all else, when deciding who will receive my money. It goes a long way with me and they always deliver here.

When i entered Fed Ex i noticed there was only one worker, and so many customers. The worker later learned his nams was Brian, never lost his cool. So many people asking him questions, and asking for help qith the copiers, helping people with packaging. He assisted everyone with the most wonderful attitude even though he was under pressure. I loved the help i received. Happy customer

This particualr FedEx Office is always warm and welcoming. More importantly, they are expert printers! Add to that, their ultra-quick turnarounds and you have the ideal partner for a small business. I normally email them my order directly to their center - so easy! Cheers----Jerry L.

Great service~ We bought some souvenirs on the Santa Monica Pier, that were just a little to long to fit in our luggage, so we Fed Exed them to the grandchildren! They packaged up our gifts and the grandchildren received them in perfect condition! Thank you!

I would not choose this location if you need printing. I went there and they were out of toner for the one printer I could use. They have other printers, but staff would not make an exception or accomodation. Its not my fault they didnt order the toner!!

Second time they refused to take a prepaid packages citing they fact that they were previously used. I took it to another location and they accepted it without a problem. What these guys do is force you into using their packing services. Wasted time.

horrible service came to ask for something simple to be done and the people seem like they cant help dont think ill ever use fed ex im not even from here i came to an event and this was the worst thing get new people that want to work please

The only thing I ended up buying here was starbursts. The printers prints in the front came out blueish, the ones over the counter looked way better, but it just took to much time. Good pricing, decent people, but Im going to staples.

Wow, talk about bad customer service. They act like if they are doing you a favor. Shiraz, the assistant manager is terrible. I only came here because it was convenient and closer. I dont think Ill be going back FedEx anytime soon.

None of the copiers worked and I need 100 copies. The girl at the counter told me that since they were down that I would have to use the computer at a rate of $.49 instead of $.13. I walked out. I print a lot...

Last month, one girl did not know how to have my package(cashiers check). This month, some lazy kid tells me I cant pay the shipping and the envelope on the same bill. Bring in management to clean the place up.

Called twice, visited twice..... all four times the self-do machines were broken. Waited 10 minutes for the clerk to take my already paid for and addressed return box. Great location, terrible service.

Overpriced. Non educated staff. Nothing ever works here. How bout upgrade to the 21st century. You are better off buying a printer and copy machine. Also overcharge for set up fee. Never go here. Ever!
