The store manager doesnt know what he is doing... Usually ship out about 10 boxes everyday using UPS label pouch and just dropped 7 boxes today to this location and asked for about 20pcs of the plastic label pouches to use next time. But they refuse to give out 20 but only 5pcs. I asked for more but they said that is their policy. I guess only allow to ship out 5 boxes each time. Never had this problem at other stores.

Notary is horrible, wasted my parents time, said he cant notarize a document because of a missing middle name initial. When the document with initial was brought from home he said he still cant do it!!! We went to a notary a couple of blocks away, and she didnt even ask for the supplementary documents, notarized everything right away!

Great staff well mannered polite and courteous. Theres always someone to woke you as you walk in. The wait time is minimal I was attended right away and the store looks very clean and organized. The people here are very friendly and eager to help.
