Ivy from LA Print cold-called me asking for my business. I called and emailed her the next day needing posters for my gallery and smaller prints to sell alongside. She pawned me off on Morris, who proceeded to allow me to sell myself on two methods of printing (paper and canvas) -- He offered almost no information without being prodded. Once Id selected the two methods, he promised me samples by the following Monday, in-person delivery, so that I could choose one of the two methods for the final products. This then became courier. Then UPS. Then UPS by Tuesday. When the samples arrived on Tuesday, they were incorrect (did not show resolution in which posters would appear). I called Ivy and asked that she handle the business at this point. She said she would. I asked for two samples in the proper resolution. She said shed have them couriered over same day. One sample (paper) came IN THREE BY FIVE FOOT SIZE. I called her to ask what was going on and she referred me back to Morris, who would "be in the office in five minutes." Clearly this is a mom-and-pop operation that does best when no one is asked to make decisions, meet deadlines, or understand the products they are selling. AVOID.

THIS PLACE IS GREAT! Weve been working with them for years. The owner is really friendly and the staff know what theyre doing. I refer our clients to them all the time. They may look mom and pop but they get things done. USE THIS PRINTER
