Stood in front of the packaging and shipping section for at 5 minutes without being helped or acknowledged. How do you not notice a 62" customer carrying a package? Finally had to ask the greeter or whatever he was if there was supposed to be someone stationed at the packaging section, to which he replied in the most condescending fashion Ive ever heard, "someone will help you shortly. " yeah right! The lady at copy section thankfully asked me if I had been helped and when I said no, some lady came from the back of the store to assist me. She wasnt that great either but I finally had my stuff shipped.

This is the worst FedEx Kinkos I have ever been to!! The staff, if they do finally pay enough attention to you to help, is completely inept. I attempted to ship and insure a package for $350...and only after they "lost" it was I informed that FedExGround only insures to $100...even though I wrote "insure for $350" on the form. Their customer service in the wake of that experience was equally as atrocious. And this is not the first issue Ive had here. I now avoid this Kinkos at all cost.

called here and woman on phone was really rude-- I am from east coast so I know rude,, she then put me on hold and I could hear her say in background "what do I have to do everything here". I dont think she was talking to me- but when on with me couldnt wait to get me off phone-- leaves bad taste in my mouth and I have a very large business account with Fedex.

Waited at the counter for 10 minutes while three employees talked and ignored me. Then whe I was finally helped, the lady hassled me about not buying the bubble wrap she tried to sell me and refused to insure my package saying it was improperly packed. What a joke.
