So I was doing some late night research on where to get silk screen printing for my business and came across this place, great reviews, so I thought, why not give it a shot. I figured I would call and get some business hours on what I thought would be an answering machine, like most business, but wow was I wrong. Whoever was the man who picked up the phone was terribly rude. At first I was surprised that somebody actually picked up the phone so fast, I thought wow, this will be the place, then I asked if I have the right number, which I was responded by, "Yes it is, have you seen the time, go to Hell, dont ever call this place again." I dont get it, first of all, why not have an answering machine? Second of all, why pick up the phone? Third of all, why be so rude? If youre picking up the maybe your still working, or do you just pick up to yell at people? Im sure they do a great job, and yes I understand I called late, but come on now, seriously, were we not raised with some manners? Advice from one businessman to another, get an answering machine, set it with hours of operation and a nice message. Couldnt hurt. Thanks anyway!

I recently purchased two packs of card-stock paper to print some layout inserts for an album. After trying on my POS home printer, I decided to walk down to this little print shop that I have always seen but never had a reason to go into. The gentleman working there noticed it was card-stock right away and kindly noted that his machines have been temperamental with card-stocks and that it could be a very costly repair on his machines if it jams. I understood this and was about to go home defeated but he said lets try anyway and see if we get lucky. Sure enough his machine pumped out all 80 copies without a hitch and while I waited we had a nice little conversation. Very pleasant experience, overall excellent quality on my prints. I will be back for the next album. Thanks!
