Wow just horrible the Poor lady in Front of me got overcharged she asked for her money back the guy yelled at her said why dont you F off go to the other line if you dont like it I could not believe he was talking like this to customer so I grabbed the manager then he denied it all everyone behind me Heard him hope he got fired what horrible service my daughter even started crying it was so horrible he just kept yelling at us all over some lady wanting her money back so upset with this whole situation

Pre-ordered furniture during the week for a fast pickup. Came today to pick it up, and had to wait 45 minutes for no reason. The workers kept walking back and forth for no apparent reason after I asked them to bring my furniture. As a result, I had to pay an extra hour on my truck rental. I had to talk to the manager to get anything done here.

This is definitely one of the nicer Big Lots locations. It is clean and pretty tidy compared to some Ive visited. One doesnt see a lot of carts full of unshelved merchandise -- go backs which are common in other stores. Plenty of shopping carts and parking. Friendly check out clerks.
