Sometime in mid-2015 I purchased a Sylvania FM Radio with Bluetooth capability ($30) to use, with my cell phone, at my work station. I liked it so much I decided to buy another one to use in my garage. Unfortunately, after several months of daily use, both units stopped taking a charge at the same time! Again, I liked this radio/speaker system so much I decided to take a chance and buy a third one. As I was paying for that one, I mentioned that I had purchased two some time ago and that they quit working. The person at the register said to bring them back! I said I no longer had the receipts nor the boxes they came in - not a problem. When I returned them, got my money back in cash, not in-store credit nor a return to my debit card! That is what I call great customer service! I relayed this experience to my friends and, of course, recommended Big Lots to them

Dog supplies and food shelves were a bit empty. I usually buy my puppys potty pads here but the shelf was empty. When I asked a lady that was stocking product 2 isles from where I was, she was rude. I got as far as 3 words into my question and she interrupted and said, "thats all that we have". Besides this, I like stopping by for a quick glance at anything I may need. Always good prices at Big Lots.

so, we are here with cash in hands to buy 2 pieces a sofa and a love seat but Rosie and Rober let us go cuz they did not know how to sell or help us rosie went crazy looking for a paper and rober looking for another love sit what a waste of time 40 min trying to understand what the are doig they did not tell un anything so we left they are not good

Ample parking, but the store itself is an absolute mess. Things will be out of place, and cluttered, but on the plus side you do get good deals on things you need. There are never enough cashiers on hand, so dont plan to get in or get out in a few minutes

One of my favorite dollar stores. Especially when Im in CA Im always here. Everything inside this establishment is given the super discounted price you cant get else where. Made in japan goods everywhere.

Descent selection for a small location sometimes good buys, drop by often to not miss out on a great deal. Checking online adds helps, but not much.
