Howdy! I am disappointed in this store. They do not have a Doctor for exotic animals but claim the animals are seen by their doctors.I adopted a pet with respiratory problems and they told me he was okay for adoption. Not even two weeks with the animal and he is bleeding from the nose and cant breathe literally gasping for air in my arms. We took him to a vet for exotic animals where he is on a oxygen tank fighting for his life. In Petco I Trust4life.(update) The vet let us know someone had to step on him and he was slowly internally bleeding.Which explains why I thought he was a cannibal when I first brought him home. He started bleeding from the mouth for I thought he was bitting my other pets for they all were marked w blood but he wasnt. Why would they just give me an abused animal w/o clarity of what actually happened to him. The doctor didnt notice that???. The exotic vet called me and told me he didnt make it. I was so sad I didnt even pick up his little body. They burned him with all the other unclaimed pets. I adopted another exotic pet that ended up w respiratory problems and died as well from pet smart. I adopted the same exotic pet from PETCO 2years ago and he is stronger and healthier that ever. PETCO is more honest with you and not so commercial like.

Terrible, Terrible unprofessional customer service at this location. Ive scheduled my dog for grooming twice and the appointment was cancelled the day of the appointment. The groomers does not have the intelligence to call the customer ahead of time to cancel the appointment. Today, as I entered the store with my dog, the staff stated they did not have time to groom my dog, again; the day of the appointment. I booked the appointment with Edith and it was stated by the groomer that she did not have time. Im not sure if the supervisor is aware of this practice but I will not be back.

No one to help in the store except the cashier. He would politely tell others in the line to give him one second to help me, then he ran back to help others in line waiting. He was very friendly and nice. However, when l went all the way back to the last isle in the store, an employee asked if he could help me. I show him what l had gotten b4 going up front to pay and he went over each product and explained all to me. I appreciated him.

This place is horrible as far as customer service, twice I called and got transfered to a department that was closed for the day by two separate employees, not to mention neither one of them could tell me If they had shots for a puppy in stock????wth is really going on, its ok I will not waste time and money on a company that has this type of service thanks for nothing..

outside of the grooming department they have exception costumer service.. but the grooming department is terrible .. Ive taken my dog to a few other petsmart and Ive gotten amazing service .. this location has a lot of improving to do as the girls that work there are very very rude .. I will be taking my dog to a different grooming place

They helped me find my dog by giving the lady that found my dog a lease, big bag of dog food, and took her phone number down. The store called the lady when they saw our flyer at their store. We have been getting all pet supplies from helpful staff here ever since.

Took my boy to banfield to see the vet. Very cool staff. Communication was awesome. They check before and after your visit. Genuinely felt like he was in good hands. Im in, customer loyal, and will recommend to anyone that has a need for care.

Worst petsmart. Ask for help to get some fishes and was told by a employee they would be with me shortly. When only like 3 customers were in the store. 30 minutes past and nothing so I left. Stay away
