Great self wash! HORRIBLE GROOMER! I never write reviews, but the tatooed blonde woman who grooms animals at this place is so unprofessional and MEAN to the animals that she grooms! I dont think she knew that I was at the self wash in the back, as the sufferish guy that works there brought me back... Just as my dog was soaking wet and soapy, the woman started yelling "NO!, ugh!!!" Over and over again (probably around 30 times... Like really yelling) at the dog she was grooming on the other side of the wall. This made my dog super stressed out, but there was nothing I could do as I was smack in the middle of a wash... I tried to get the guys attention, but couldnt.. And now my dog, who is usually great at getting baths, is all alarm up and anxious. I mean, this woman was REALLY yelling aggressively at the dog that she was grooming. I would NEVER bring my dog there for a drop off with this woman! How dare she yell at someone wakes dog like that. If the owner of that dog knew what was going on they wouldnt be using this groomer for sure! When I checked out, I have the guy my feedback (calmly) and he just looked at me with nothing to say. Like I said.. Great self wash facility! Horrible mean scary groomer lady!
