I took my dog for bath told the lady, IN HER FACE that dog was recently neutered. My dog had no problems prior to the bath, nor any pain in the crotch area, my dog comes back almost limping and very sensitive when anyone gets near his belly or hind legs. Scrotum looks irritated and red. Not happy at all. You can tell he was NOT handled with care, I will take to vet tomorrow ASAP, and will pursue legal action. I should have never trust big chain pet store, and stick to smaller family owned businesses. Previously, some blonde lady took very well care of my dog, my last visit. Once I get more feedback from Veterinarian, I will come back to the store to talk to management.

Dont let the slighted deserted-looking parking lot fool you; this is a well-stocked location full of knowledgeable and friendly employees. They tell you whats up--at least when I asked ten million questions about baby turtle-raising--and wont try to sell you plants/expensive equipment if you dont need it. Sometimes people want to chat to you about their dogs but, per usual, the "Im a cat-person" line works to deter them.

Zombie-like employees. Very unenthusiastic when helping customers. Not many employees either. Their knowledge is quite lacking, I went and employee was searching on her phone about the question that I asked. Fish are often dead and smell terrible. Parakeets are often 1 year or older that have been returned over and over then brought back to sale. Their big parking space does not compensate for this.

I am very happy with the helpful and knowlegable staff. They take their time with you and are very helpful. There are so many variety of animal products and different sales. If you order online and do the store pickup you can save money depending on the promotion.

The best place around for a wide variety of pet things. And often they have Chinchillas which I love. And they really get you (if youre a cat person) with all the cute cats up for adoption. The lines are sometimes slow, but they are sometimes a bit short handed.

I guess it would probably be great for pet food. But if youre trying to buy fish, be ready to stand around for a good while before you can get any help. They are usually understaffed. When someone showed up, she was trying to help 3 people at the same time.

I have always been very satisfied with the store. Except this time: I was left standing for ages and when I asked for someone, it still took quite a while to get service. This is not the usial but it should not occur especially when the store is not busy.

Jessica was extreemly rude have been taking my dog there for a few years never a problem was always told how good she was this time was told she tried to bite. there were no customers and it was 3 hours wich is with an appointment
