Stephanie Crawford, I find it quite interesting that Stephanie didn’t feel we were the right match for Beans. Is it that we are not the right match or not the right color. My husband and I have raise a dog together for many years, (18 years for him and 6 for me) and its surprising in her eyes we are not the right match. Over the phone before she met us we were the right match as she insisted we come down and meet Beans. It was not until she met us that we were no longer a match. We also explain that we have very flexible schedules (working from home, enough space and time , etc.) and would be available to take care of Beans. I am very disappointed in her actions along with the many excuses she gave. It appears Stephanie is very attached to Beans and don’t want to release him. You stated several remarks that was opposite her thoughts of Beans. I don’t think she’s looking out for the best interest of Beans but the interest of herself. We are two loving people who wanted to share our home with a loving animal. I have never had to explain myself to pay my money to adopt an animal. I personally believe she is not a good match for this job. Monique & Victor Prince

Disappointed, firstly i thought i had erred as i was sent an email stating postage prices which had not been received earlier, then the product still did not arrive and a got a "copy" of one the manager sent to "Cathy" to get it off the desk and post the item - never received, not at all. Trust paypal will sort. Im in Australia and liked this store for something I couldnt find at a reasonable price here, and I also like the page. Sadly I would not trust. perhaps for people in the States, but not for sending OS.

No ventilation in here, it felt like the place was running out of air. Nothing has a price on it and when you get to the register, turns out everything is over priced. They do have a huge variety for every pet imaginable.
