Rude Manager Doesnt CARE! Purchased a case of Avoderm canned food, a detangling spray, and some Wee Wee Diapers for my senior dog on Thursday. Tried the diapers this morning and due to my dogs fluffy coat, they wouldnt fit. Took them back to the store this morning without the receipt (found it later on the floor of my home) and asked the manager for an exchange. He asked how many I used. I apologetically told him two (the first one was soiled during a "fitting" and the second wouldnt attach). He asked if I had the receipt. I told him I couldnt find it, but since I was in their repeat canned food purchase program (buy 8 cases, get 1 free), hed be able to verify when Id made the purchase by checking my name card. He refused, and when I began explaining my purchases, he gruffly cut me off with "I dont care!" Insulted, I took the diapers and put them back in their bag. I asked "So, if I manage to find the receipt, what then?" He said Id get store credit. No apology, he just walked away and went into the employees-only area. Bad customer service. I went home and found the receipt on the floor where it had fallen. I packed up the diapers, unopened canned food case, and unopened grooming spray and took it all back. I waited my turn and asked to speak with the manager again. I waved my receipt and handed it to him. He took his time perusing the paper slip, and I told him "Since you dont CARE about my business, Im returning these items. You didnt have to be rude". He just continued to look at the paper and made little ink marks beside the unwanted items. I asked him if the larger diapers were the same price. He said, "I dont know. You can go check." He wouldnt even ask one of his clerks to get the item for me. I fumed and picked up the larger item, which was priced at $1.00 more. He gave me $32.60 in cash and made a point of saying, "I gave you one dollar extra". Still no apology. I gave him a dirty look and left. Id spent $52.17 on Thursday; Ive been a loyal customer for over 10 years. But I will NEVER go there again for any reason. Take note, Mr. Ken Oh. THIS is how you lose customers.

i took my 2 puppies for a today to trim their fur. when i left them neither of them had any cuts on them. after i picked them up they looked just fine,but once i took them out the car to put them inside our home i noticed that one of them was limping. I approached her and picked her up and noticed that on her right leg she was bleeding. at first i thought perhaps a small scrapped or something but not it was a big cut that every time she would put pressure on it, it would start to bleed. i grabbed her and took back to this location and showed them what they had done to her. The lady i spoke to was really rude and pretended not to remember me after she was the one that helped me out when i first got there. then she stated that they never trimmed their fur there and that perhaps i was the one who did that the her. This is terrible experience i got here and i hope that they close this location for treating such innocent animals that way.

I took my dog there to be cleaned, and they wrote down the wrong contact number. By the time I realized they was not going to call me it was to late and my dog had to spend the night. Picking him up the next moring, the owner wanted to charge me a 35.00 fee. What was that about? I feel that it was not my fault, for them taking down the wrong number. Ok to make a long story short I paid 25.00 because I didnt want to argue with her. She just lost a very good customer. So be careful and make sure they write down the right number!!!! (Shes all about the money and not about putting her customer first.

The staff is family/pet friendly they always help me with whatever i need. Fast service with a smile.The young kid he is very knowledgeable wich is very helpful when im always in the shop for something with my 101 questions and i will see them again this morning when they open in about an hour :) . The groomer is gentle with my DUSTY & i had no problems with my DUSTY AFTER ANY OF HIS SHOTS GREAT JOB . Omg great job on my dusty it is now 5pm anderson hill pet and feed has my dusty looking and smelling goooooood.

It is very difficult to find Pet grooming for cats, I spent an entire morning trying to get Petco & Petsmart to groom my cat, the groomer for cats were either not In or only did them on special days with an appointment, the employees made me feel like I was trying to get a lion groomed. Hills Pet & Feed were so courteous & told me I could bring my cat in immediately, they did a magnificent job on our cat. We highly recommend this Business for all you pet needs.

Why would you bring your dog to Hills for a shot. You should have went to the Vet. I purchased a few small items there but thats it. I never got the impression that they cared too much about animals. Just in it for the money maybe. Besides they have over-priced puppies and sometimes kittens cramped in cages. I wouldnt be surprised if the pups come from the puppy mills... but that is just my opinion. I would hope none of this is true.

I am so grateful for this store it right in the area where i live and i dont have to go to Glendale to buy my dogs accessoriesand treats ..i love the fact they groom ur dogs and cut nails and the employees are very respectful and kind even if they get problem dogs lime mines who hate to get nails cut i love this pet store and i am greatful to GOD for them thank you Hills Pet & Feed

DONT GO TO THIS SHOP!!! VERY BAD SERVICE!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! I talked to Tom at the store and when I called back to talk to him they told me it was his day off to call the next day. So, I call and then they say he doesnt work here anymore and hangs up. They will rip you off. They will lie and sell you something you dont need or want.

AWFUL AWFUL PLACE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! 1. WENT AND TOOK MY DOG FOR A TRIM AND HE CAME BACK BLEEDING, HE HAD A REALLY BAD OPEN WOUND! 2. TOOK HIM BACK THEY DIDNT WANT TO HELP US AT ALL!!! DIDNT EVEN GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK! THEY WERENT HELPFUL AT ALL.. THESE PEOPLE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!

I love their grooming service!!! They have the best groomers! Theyre very detailed and attentive. Theyre also very good with time. Usually when Im in a rush, they try their hardest to get my dog back to me in time. This is the only place I would ever take my dog. No one grooms my dog better! :D
