this the last time i shop at your stores, false advertising or should I say hook advertising, this is not the first time you have offered a "special sale" this time earthday25 % off and be completely out of stock of the product need (amazing, the rest of the time its alway in stock!!) I went to not one but 3 stores in my general area, westchester/culvercity and venice and the fancifeast looked like it had been completely ran out, all stores WERE NOT BUSY so I know there wasnot a rush (I hit all stores between 9 and 9:30) other people I mentioned it to noted the same thing on the flavors and items they wanted no stock in the back either amazingly I bet every thing will be restock tomorrow am I work with quite a few rescue group and with share my complaints wth them I find this practice dishonest and digusting youve come a long way since on centinela and culver, unfortunatey downhill

These guys suck! I have been going there for over a year buying their expensive cat food, litter, and all my cat needs. The last time in I purchased a case of cat food for 35 bucks and my cats wont eat it. I bring the majority of the case back and ask to swap out the remaining cans for a flavor they like. IM TOLD THEY NEED A RECIEPT!!!! WHO KEEPS CAT FOOD RECIEPTS? Are you joking? Ive spent over a thousand dollars at this place in the past year and they cant swap out 15 dollars worth of food without paper documentation? What a joke. Pay too much for cat food elsewhere and do yourself the favor. Amateurs.

Nice selection of high quality items with friendly staff. Their inventory is more geared towards cats and dogs, but they do have a limited amount of items for pocket/exotic pets as well.

i got my cats all their shots here when the rotating vaccine clinic came in. i love CF b/c they offer so many brands that are good for the cats and their staff is knowledgable.

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful especially when loading into the car. We have 5 chickens in Beverly Hills and its convenient to have feed nearby.
