This place and the people who work here are amazing. We moved to LB last summer and after a bad experience with a national pet store/grooming chain, searched for a a trusted partner for the grooming needs of Sophia, our cherished family chihuahua/terrier mix. Tanya and her associates took an immediate genuine interest in Sophia and us. The results are evident as not only does Sophia return to us sparkling clean, she never "cowards" like she use to and actually is happy when we bring her to Soggy Dog. Once Sophia had an unfortunate encounter with a skunk and I brought her in a panic to Soggy Dog. Not only did Tanya clam both of us down and discuss the proper solution, she actually picked up and hugged Sophia, skunk smell and all, like she was her own! I love this woman and you will too. The prices arent cheap but very reasonable and isnt your cherished family member worth it?

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! The owner is amazing as well as her staff. Tanya is truly the Best , I have a Large very sensitive dog and she Loves Tanya! Kira always comes home looking, smelling , and feeling great! This establishment goes above and beyond every time. They truly love your pet like they were their own! I will be Driving all the way from Laguna Beach to continue to bring Kira to Tanya! Thank You Soggy Dog for keeping Long Beach Pets Smelling and looking GREAT!

My Dog CupCake is a rescue dog that has been harmed by humans and she is afraid of strangers, but the staff and owner at Soggy Dog are so kind and loving that she lick the owner. I ask for a special hair cut for her and they always put her important information on her card. I highly recommend them because they always get it right. Danita Strauss

Very patient staff. We called for a nail trimming for both dogs. We were able to walk in late on a Sunday. The staff was friendly and so cool. One of our dogs freaks out with nail trims, they were so great. They gave us suggestions on how to calm her. George worked very well even with her trying to escape! They even gave us plenty of samples.
