Ive taken my husky there a lot for grooming, I love the way they treat her & I love the services they offer. I recently got another dog & my experience with them is yet to disappoint me. Im also thinking about buying a tortoise for my niece so I went to the store to get some knowledge about what I had to buy & which type of small pet would be a better choice & they were very helpful & informative. Great customer service & very great with animals.

Great customer services. They are always polite, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I love coming here for all the things my 2 cats need. The groomers are also great! Ive taken my cats to get groomed there before and they did an excellent job. however, they dont always have a cat groomer there. Make sure to call before going. lol Overall, 5 Stars.

I bought fish from this store a few times in this year having them tested after purchase all fish were positive with ick infection. Dont buy fish here all there thanks have ick in them. fish will die or kill your home fish. Also too many dead fishes in there tanks.

One of the employees that was a white big female literally did not let me and my boyfriend get a cory catfish just because we had two female bettas in our hands that we had planned on buying. Wont be coming here anymore she was very rude about it.

They have good customer service sometimes but the quality of fish is low. They clame no to give u sick fish, but i have gotten 6 guppys that died with in 48 hours do to fin rot among other things.
