The owner, Annie, and groomer Sophia are amazing. My dog used to act fearful when going to the groomer but since coming to Pet Haven, he runs to the door and is always happy coming and going. He looks and smells so good too! Sophia is gentle and takes her time to make everyone feel comfortable and calm. Everyone here is very caring, loving, and grounded. We also had the anesthetic-free teeth cleaning and were very happy with treatment and results. Thank you, Annie and the Pet Haven family.

I loved this store at first but it seems like they have issues with keeping things in stock. I bought frozen food here but I dont go anymore because they never have any in stock. Same goes for other items. They take your information and tell you that they will call you when the items come in, but I havent received a call for an item that I already paid for about 1 month ago. Luckily, I found another pet supply store that carries the same things I need and always has them in the store.

I love this store ! Store owner is very knowledgable about dogs and the products that are made for them. Sweetest girl ever that truly cares about pets. Is completely willing to take down your number and order a product that you want or need even if she doesnt carry it and let you know when it arrives. Carries the best natural products that are outthere for your puppy.

Seems to be under new management or ownership and the woman that works there is incredibly nice and helpful. She gave me some samples of food and offered to order anything I needed! They seem to be mostly into selling the food Orijen (and similar high-quality diets) now which is great since its the only place in Burbank I was able to find it! :)

Not only do they really have the cutiest puppies ever, they also have everthing youll ever need for your pup or cat, from food to shoes. You name it they have it.There staff is very friendly and helpfull. GO check them out.

I have only used this place to get food but the Orijen brand they carry is great and no more expensive than some of the cheap places online. Ill be returning every time my little guy needs some grub.

Weve had our dog groomed here 4 or 5 times and she looks great every time. The people are super friendly and cater to every detail you ask for. Prices are fair. Street parking is usually available.

They are so great with my dog and he is not freaked out when I pick him up. He is usually happy and always looks great. The groomers and owner are very sweet and really care about the animals.
