I took my small dog there to have his nails buffed. The groomer seemed to lack confidence in his ability to perform the job but did it anyway. He took a very long time to complete his work and when he brought my dog out, his nails looked exactly the same as before he went in. The groomer explained that he only took a tiny bit off the tips because he was afraid to hit the quick. My dog gets his nails trimmed regularly every 2-3 weeks and there was always a noticeable difference afterward. After paying and leaving the store, I took a look at my dogs paws again and decided to complain because it literally looked like nothing had been done at all. I talked to a sales associate about the crappy work and talked to the groomer again about my disappointment with his work. The only thing that they offered was to have the same groomer go over the nails again. By this time, the groomer was super nervous and my dog was feeding off of his energy. No one offered a refund or even an apology. If they cant even handle a simple nail buff, I cant imagine how badly they would screw up other, more complicated services.

I found out about unleashed back in Oregon, and I loved it. I took my dog to the self wash and I had the best experience. But then I came back home to Los Angeles and took my 3 beagles again and I was so excited because my dos love it there. But I had such an unpleasant visit. This skinny tall guy who was working the self wash was so rude, I asked for more towels and he gave me just one and then the shampoo was more water than anything. I wont be coming to this location ever again. I drove 30 minutes to this place and I regret it.

I only gave one star because 0 stars wasnt an option. I have 2 dogs and had a 10 oclock appointments for both. By 2 oclock I went in to check if they were done but they were working on other dogs and one of mine hadnt even been started. So she sat in a cage for 4 hours for no apparent reason. Ill be taking my dogs elsewhere.

I tried 2 times to get my pooch groomed here. When I tried walking in they said they dont accept walk-ins. So made an appointment and then an hour before it they called and told me they needed to reschedule because the groomer called out. Im very unhappy and wont try going to this place again.

I went to buy some food for my dog. I just adopted him from a friend, I didnt know much about dogs so I asked the tall guy that works there to help me. I was very pleased as he helped me find the best food for my dog. Ive gone there a few time and Ive always had a good experience.

interesting attempt to put a "boutique" styled twist on pet food & supplies... careful, sometimes they do mark up so keep your phone handy and ask for price matching from petco and petsmart websites... the staff are very nice so theyll be happy to comply

Sometimes the employees are held up by demanding customers but they keep their cools and are super friendly. You might have to wait a little when this happens. My little pup loves coming here and after bath time he lights up when he sees the workers.

This place is a nicely stocked and well organized store, the place is kept very clean, all of their staff is friendly and helpful, their prices could be lower but overall this is a good place to shop for most of your dogs needs and wants

$10 to wash your dog. They give you a tub, towels, shampoo, conditioner and brushes. My biggest complaint is that their towels are awful and people insist on blow drying their dogs and blowing their hair all over.
