I dislike the care for most of the reptiles . they sold me a 1 yr old iguana , that was very nice and tamed. he appeared to be healthy but later the next day I started too inspect him and he had red orange spider mites.. and then they argued over the phone for no refund ,, after the very next day. I eventually got my refund but that was to me bad customer service ... the iguana was caged with a flying gecko ... then there employees seemed to not be as knowledgeable about the animals and what you may need for your pet... I would of loved to keep the iguana but I felt bad business ...

Ive been coming to this store for quite a while now. Since I was 14. They always have a vast selection of freshwater fish, small mammals and reptiles to pick from. The prices are just right on most things compared to other pet stores and the staff is small but always willing to help. I highly recommend it.

The employees are very helpful and extremely friendly. I visit the shop every other week to play wit the animals. They have a wide variety of fish, lizards and frogs. And every single time I visit I learn something new. Pet N Joy is a wonderful shop!
