Had an appointment at 1:30 pm. The entire staff was at lunch and did not return until 1:55 pm. They went to lunch knowing they had two appointments scheduled for 1:30 pm. I was suppose to get a call or text from them when my dog was done being groomed. At 5:30 pm I called to find out if my dog was done. The girl said he had been done for a while and someone had called me. My smart phone received no call or text. When I picked up my dog, they had not trimmed his ears which we had discussed in detail. These people are sloppy employees.

Mary the store manager is wonderful!! I have voiced my concern over and over about her adoption group Feline Charity aka A 10th Life. She has politely ignored my concerns so I am bringing it to yelp. besides the fact that there is issues with the 501(c)(3) whether its real not at this time its neither here or there. The bigger concerned at this point is the health of the cats. I have contacted animal control, Lisa from the rescue group is a monster in sheep clothing. Petco, is continuing to facilitate this abuse and neglect.

YELLS AT PETS IN GROOMING! I used to be a avid Petco customer until I caught the groomer, B, yelling at my dog. She hadnt noticed that I had walked intothe front of the store. She walked out from one of the back rooms and I heard my doggy in her kennel when she yelled at her, "SHUT UP!" When she saw me standing there with a look of horror, she quickly changed her tune and started talking squeeky sweet to my doggy. I was so disgusted that I have never been back since- not even to redeem my free grooming points. BEWARE!!!

A great place to come for pet supplies. They with either have what you want in stock or else it is coming within the next few days. The friendly staff answer all your questions and are pretty knowledgeable about animals in general which surprises me since this is a chain store. I always get the customer service I expect at a smaller private store, but the selection of a chain store so both me and my pets are happy campers!

Customer service was spot on. I cant complain. They helped me look for an item for my dog. I went to the San Pedro store and they didnt have it. I asked them to call another store and they called this location and they had it.

this petco has a bunch of products that I never knew dogs or cats or any other pets or animals liked and this location has SO MUCH STUFF!!

Something is wrong with the management of this store. It used to be good, now there is no customer service or employees who care.
