The store carries a wide range of products. They provide very personalized service. There isnt a single person here who doesnt like animals. PetSmart and Petco have teenagers who work there because its close to home. The employees at Centinela Feed own dogs and understand animals. If I ask any of them about a problem, they direct me to the right bath product or dog food. My dog is grain-sensitive and I am alert to products coming out of China, which can be questionable. The store now produces its own food which is from Wisconsin. Im willing to pay a bit extra if needed for quality. And I know I can always bring it back if my dog wont eat it, even if its 3/4 gone. Theyll replace it without a fuss.

My experiences change from positive to negative depending on what staff members are working. But on Friday September 22nd I was walking a friends dog he got all muddy and I popped in here for $15 and washed up a dog that they Supply the shampoo and conditioner scrubber 20 towels or as many as it takes. Plus a great cool blow dryer not too hot not too cold. And a plastic apron to put over my clothes. Took us about 30 minutes cuz it was long haired dog. But all the mess is on them and its worth $15! Happy dog and happy customer!

I expected upscale quality service from this store before I arrived. Sadly customer care and respect is not a priority for Centinela Rancho Palos Verdes. The female employee in the grooming department was very unprofessional. Why would anyone want to pay a premium and get poor quality service. Better to shop for your pets needs online and skip the experience with bad employees.

Went in to choose a dog house to get for when I get my first dog Signed up for the newsletter and coupons in the mail at the store and got some free lotus dog treats. The staff is so kind and helpful. Will definitely be coming back here!
