I am livid, I walked in with my husband who needed a new phone due to not having enough space on his very cheap samsung phone and before I left my husband to deal with this transaction the salesman made me show my CDL since it was my account and I needed to authorize the transaction. I told him my husband could sign and stay to wait for ther new S8+ and all transferred data from the phones as I had an appointment at home... This salesman talked my poor husband into two new phones an S8 and an S8+ and a multitude of of other products as well... I am pissed, so mad that I couldnt even go in to deal with these crooks, and when I called there to speak to my husband to ask about all the additional charges that kept popping up on my home computer the guy who answered was less than helpful and didnt want to let me speak to my husband yet he had both our phones inactive and was taking advantage of, my allowing my husband to sign for ( 1 S8+ ) and to transfer data from my S5 to the new S8+ then to transfer data from my husbands phone to my old 5 NOTE period I did not authorize anything else!!! .I will DIE B4 EVER USING THIS STORE AGAIN!!! NO RESPONSE is NEEDED FROM A WIRELESS YOU CANNOT MAKE THIS RIGHT ..... How is it you allow these type of crooks to represent your company name? I own a business in this town and am appalled by your employees behavior... My husband is a senior and I am pretty sure there are laws against this type of financial abuse I am contacting our attorney~

Horrible experience. I worked with someone called Desmond who spoke down to me. I called the manager to try and explain how I was treated. Desmonds behavior was defended and I was told people request to work with him. I would not ever shop at this store. Be aware that this is a retailer so Verizon will tell there is a $20 charge and when you show up to get the phone promised they tell you that you have to pay $100. I was upsold the entire time and told that "Cell phones are small computers that you use to call people with and they cost money." You are better off getting a phone mailed to you and dealing with Verizon directly.

Any and every time I have been to this store the employees are extremely helpful and professional from knowledge down to their appearance. I have rarely had to wait more than a couple minutes and even then was greeted as soon as I walked in. I choose this store over others in the area for that reason. I have upgraded equipment and extended my contract, made accessory purchases, and payments and gone in for troubleshooting and tech support. As I said never a negative experience. Thank you for the excellent customer service. In this day and age it is very rare and therefore refreshing to receive!

There was one person on duty and another on break, but after a 15 minute wait, she was able to determine that my phone was locked to ATT. She was unable to help me order the new Google Pixel phone offered with the current Verizon promotion, until I could get ATT to unlock the phone I wanted to trade in. Why should a customer be held hostage to carrier wars? Im going to check out the new Google phone service.

Ordered a new phone was supposed to be in SEPTEMBER 28th. Never a phone call called the next day, went in person, very unuseful. Still dont have my new phone. Have to continually plug it in or it goes from 100% to 60% in two minutes. It is now OCTOBER 21st.

Staff needs some training. The manager argued with me for 15 minutes and i ended up calling verizon. It took 3 minutes to take care of the problem. Just because youre a manager doesnt make you right. I will find another store.
