Went to store for replacement of glass cover on iPhone 6s screen, simple problem. Sales person indicated that they could only sell the glass, but not install it. Sales person suggested that I could install or go to Best Buy and have them install. (I have had this product fixed at another Verizon store, and they did a great job). Went to Best Buy and wait time was about 20 minutes, so went home and installed the glass, and got a lot of lint on screen after carefully cleaning it. Called the other Verizon store and bought a new glass cover and they installed it perfectly. Sales rep there indicated they were not liable for imperfect installation but would do it. Did a perfect job. Will never use the Folsom store.

We just had the absolute worst experience with this store on Iron Point Road in Folsom. After being a loyal customer for 10 years, we closed our account. From the sales representative to the assistant manager, we were treated so poorly. We have never experienced such rude and argumentative service from Verizon. This was so bad, there was no way we could/would continue our service with Verizon. We switched carriers right away and it actually was quite beneficial for us as we are saving a lot of money for more service. Nonetheless, it is quite a shame that verizon has this team leading the folsom store. I would hate for any other customer to have the type of service that we received.

The overall facility was well maintained and there were several employees on site, which made the visit somewhat quick. Was looking for some Pixel XL accessories and upon arrival, I was promptly greeted and directed to where I could find the accessories I was looking for. Had to ask if they had some clip accessories for the Pixel XL as they were not out on display. There was a bit of delay due to a technical difficulty, but they were eventually able to determine that they did not have what I was looking for. I did buy one accessory, which they were able to ring me up fairly quickly and I was out the door about 20 minutes after I had arrived.

Been with verizon 7 years, never used an upgrade. Asked if i was able to get any kind of special deal for being with them 7 years. The sales lady said yes, "you get a free I-phone 4" i explaind to her i was aware of this but that anyone gets that deal for signing up, even new verizon uese. She said "Well what do you want us to do, pay you?" I work in a public job and if i said anything like that, i would have been fired. Maybe she was having a bad day but thats no excusse for her remark. Never going there again.

LIARS. Told me I could add a line to reduce price on a replacement phone and then add my daughter to that line. Didnt happen that way, they just added another line for her and discovered on my new bill. Now they tell me after a 2 hour visit that I have to either continue paying 40 extra a month or pay a 200 fee. Have been a customer for 20 years and this is the second time in recent years I was seriously misled. New phone is over 15 days old so cant return. I am livid!

Bought a Samsung Galaxy S3 under contract and I was told, my monthly bill would be around 68$ but to my surprise first month bill was 110$. Talked with customer support and corrected the plan issue. Also, my car charger is still not working. No issues with Verizon network but be careful when you buy any phone in this location.

The worst sales experience I have ever had. They lied to us and tried to cover it up with a bunch of meaningless doublespeak and pathetic blah, blah, blah. Do NOT trust these people.Especially the people who answer the phone at the cal center. Verizon are like politicians - If their lips are moving they are lying.

Checked in to buy an new iPhone. Two employees with customers, one who does just check-in. I left after 25 minutes, four more behind me waiting for help. Same experience as two years ago when I actually bought here. Not gonna do it again. I dont know what their purpose is in being here
