Purchased a cell from the store in late Oct 2014. First issue was the SIM card stopped working ( week after purchase), clerk at the front desk advised the phone would need to go back to Verizon as this store was not a corporate store. Spoke with the store manager, who send the clerk on a break and resolved the concern. Had a second issue with the same phone 2 months later, called in for help, ended up with the same sales person who sold me the phone (Saroum), basically told, the store would not get involved, it was a warranty concern and to call Verizon. So quick to make the sale, so quick to walk away from any form of customer service or standing behind the product. I have taken the set of events up with Verizon corporate. TO the potential new customer, I would have this store make it clear, in writing, what they will do when warranty issues come up. I do know that the corporate stores have a few more options. Looking at the other reviews, there seems to be a trend of ho hum customer service at this store. Verizon.....they are not doing you any favors with this behavior.......

1st you have to put your name on a list, then WAIT... Even if all you need is a charger or a cord ... When someone finally did call my name (from the list) a 1/2 hour later, I told her I needed a cord and charger for my phone. Her reply was , that I should just buy a new phone. So I had to tell her , NO , just a charger & cord... So I ask what is the proper amperage for my phone, she doesnt know... So I then tell her that it needs to have a usb plug, she says "it does" ... It didnt ... She then tells me , well I Guess I cant help you then! I WILL NEVER GO IN THAT STORE AGAIN ! Its run like a used car dealership, but everyone ignores you !

I had a problem with my new iPad 3 not connecting to the Verizon network over cell service. After talking to about 100 people at Verizons customer service and tech support, we could not get the connection resolved after 2 days of trying. We decided to take the device to the Verizon store in Mateca, Ca. We were helped by a Derrick at the Mateca Verizon store. Derrick worked with the Verizon tech support and after about 45 minutes and 3 SIM cards later, it was connected to the 4G LTE network! Derrick had stayed well past his shift to resolve the issue and said he would not go home until it was fixed. Nice guy.

This location is probably the worst one in the area. Horrible service. Not very friendly sales people. The hours of operation say one thing on the website but they are never open when it says they should. They do have a lot of employees at one time, to bad they are usually just sitting around and talking instead of helping customers. Do yourself a favor and just go to Costco located in the same parking lot and buy your phone and accessories there. Better deals and much friendlier employees who have no problem helping you with your phone.

HORIBLE EXSPERIANCE ! Went to this store on sept 21st at about 10 am and waited inline for over an hour we upgraded our phones and left with them saying our phones would work shortly and our phones did not work all day long ! Spent over 2 hours in store ! My wife went back to the store around 7pm and they said they made a mistake with the simm card, so now we have one phone working but my phone being the most important one does not work because im at work in concord and have no cell phone service due to there mistake !

WARNING!!! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS RETAILER!!! I am currently in the process of filing a lawsuit and had to close my account to keep them from continuously fraudulently entering my account and pulling funds. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! once they have your banking information its over. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! anything that happens (and it will read the other reviews, whish I had) is on you.

They lied to me at Costco, They are very dishonest after I paid they had extra cost and could not transfer all my number from my old phone and the Spam protection sucks,I would not recreamend

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ALWAYS HAVE A REASON WHY THEY CANT HELP YOU. BUT THEY ONLY STOCK THE HIGH PRICED PHONES AND WILL NOT HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING ELSE.
