to the verizon store located on missouri flat drive to have her contacts switched over to a new phone, as we walked up to the front counter sales associate ask us where we had bought the phone, we told them we had purchased it the other day at sams And in his response he laughed at us, because we had purchased it from a Verizon dealer rather then a store. And on top off that told us he couldnt move her contacts over with out a $10 fee but regardless he was not going to do it since we did not buy from this store location... What nice customer service right?

Ken has to be the most considerate and knowledgeable employee at Verizon on Missouri flat. My exchange students had phones that did not work in USA, and Ken went above and beyond to help us figure a way for them to be able to have service without a lot of added expense. Ken, thank you for all you have done.

The worst place I have ever done business highly suggest not to do business there and they dont represent Verizon in a good way.dont tell you everything they put on your contract..
