Steven is the worst at customer service. When hes on the phone he calls customers liars and makes rude comments when hes handing the phone over (saying it loud enough to make sure you can hear them). He has no idea the correct way to speak to someone let alone help them. If you call or go into this store make sure you get one of the amazing girls who go over and beyond to make a customer happy.

This is a Verizon authorize dealer. So they are under contract to Verizon. Verizon has the best wall to wall cell coverage of any company and the highest prices. This location has most of the most popular models in stock, but maybe have to order anything special. Staff usually well informed but Changes often! Easy access from I-80.
