I purchased a 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer. This was my first new car shopping experience and I could not ask for a better outcome. I did all my research and read tons of horror stories and was ready for any of them. I requested a quote online and received several emails from dealerships around the Southern California Area. The fairest price quoted was from Armen Bandari. I sent an email back and I received the call the following work day. I wanted to make sure the price I was quoted was legitimate and asked for an out-the-door price with tax, title, license, etc. I received it the following day and the deal offered was real. There was not fancy tricks or them trying to make money on the back end. The only thing that could have been disputable was an optional $29 fee on their contract. For the price I was receiving I did not want to argue over $29. I had to travel about a hundred miles to see the car and did not want to be tricked. Armen met me and my family and was very kind to all of us and let me take the car out for a test drive. I had to decide on a color and he even let me choose any color for the same price even though some have a premium paint charge. I thought that was very kind and he did not have to do that. I still chose the regular paint for a variety of reasons of living in Southern California. I messed up by not having my pre-approved form with me and Armen and everybody there was still very supportive and worked with me to make sure the sale went through. So I come back in a couple of days and have all my paperwork ready. The car is there ready for me to pick up. The finance office took care of business. They made some phone calls. They took care of things that I did not know what had to go through. Christian and Carlos work in the finance office and they do a good job. Overall Armen is the key why I would drive another 100 miles to visit the dealership. It was a fair deal, I save some money, they make some money. Armen took care of all my needs and kept me up to date and was kind in a non-sleazy car salesman way. I had a great experience with Armen, I cannot speak for their repairman, but buying a car was no problem. Also, dont be turned off by their low review score, I almost was but glad I went through. If you are buying a car, you will see good reviews. If you are servicing a car, well that is another story. Ill update this if I have too, I need to finally have the Credit Union finalize details and see if finance department takes care of business. UPDATE: So I was told I might have to drive back up to sign some papers for the DMV. They are going to try and work it out so that I do not have to, but there should and might be a better solution to this. I will update the score based on what happens next.

First off let me just say that these guys made it possible for a 23 year old with bad credit to get a brand new 2016 car with low monthly payments. These dudes work with you!! They want to make deals. I had such a great experience here. Every employee was friendly, helpful, and kind. Armin, Jay, John, Alvo, were all great. Alvo is perfect for sales. The guy is patient, made good recommendations, and knew every car he showed us without reading a note pad or the dealer display sheet. Jay? Coolest guy ever. Funny but got our business handled quick. Armin? Hes straightforward and honest, BUT he will try to help you out. I was trading in a car that I had a negative equity (owed more than what the car was worth) and Armin was real with me. He didnt sugarcoat anything, and thats what you need when going into buying a new car. My credit was poor and I only had 2000 for down-payment, but guess what? They made it work! They even asked me if I wanted to put more as down payment that they could give me a fully month to get the rest. They gave me a 4th of July discount a week after the bank stopped the promotion. Armin got me the premium warranty for ONLY $5 more on my payments! The finance manager Jon was chill. He suggested I get a Safeguard service pack covering tires, rims, dents, bumps, paint scratches, and cracked windshield for ONLY 18 extra bucks. It sounds like they nickel and dimed me right? Nope! They didnt pressure me into adding those plans, they SUGGESTED them to me. They made gave me multiple alternatives to paying and plans. But what I got was pretty awesome! Not only is that service UNLIMITED FOR 5 YEARS, Jon actually LOWERED MY INTEREST RATE so I save all the extra cash I would have paid for the premium warranty and Safeguard service pack and lowered my monthly payment from the original set price. These guys were awesome. Thanks Alvo for being laid back and patient and not pushy trying to make a sale. Thanks Jay for helping me find through the process and making it quick and easy. Thanks Armin for your honesty, going out of your way to LOWER my monthly payments and getting me the premium warranty. And thanks Jon for lowering my interest rates and getting me a sweet service package basically for free. Like I told my fiance, if I could turn back time I would just to experience their customer service all over again. This place is legit!

Absolutely HORRIBLE dealership. Lived 5 hours away and had been talking via text and email with a sales person. I asked for pictures of the car, condition, tire tread and such.... He stated everything was great so I drove the 5 hours to this AWFUL dealership. I get their and they make me wait a while, show me the car and its a MESS. It needed so much paint work. The hood itself looked like a bear clawed the entire hood and tons of scratches on the sides of the car. Tires... Told they were "good" 2 matched in brand 2 were completely different brands... 1 had almost new tread 1 had NO TREAD AT ALL 2 had less then 10,000 miles left on them... WTF?! I loved the car regardless and the price was good. We talked and the sales person said that it would be NO problem to fix the scratches and it would be no problem to get 1 new tire so I at least had 2 sets of matching tires. We go in, run numbers... Theyre asking me information Ive never been asked in the 5 cars Ive bought.. They came back with 7.9% interest... WHAT! Ive always had 3.99% and perfect credit... This was insane... They also wanted all my bank statements which Ive never had to provide... I supplied all this (at 8pm after a full day of work and a 5 hour drive...) I just wanted this car and to go home!!! We came to a deal that seemed fair after a painful hour + going back and forth with a manager who never introduced himself to me... Before signing I decided to make sure they had put a WE OWE for a tire and the paint work... The awful cheap ass manager told me there was no way in hell he would be giving me a tire and fixing the destroyed paint on this car. The salesman I was working with promised all this to me... He told me I would have to pay for all of it that the car was fine, tires were fine and there was no reason I needed a new tire. He also stated its a used car and the paint is the way it is... So after spending 3+ hours at this horrible dealership I left and went home at 9pm for a long 5 hour drive with NO car. This is a TERRIBLE dealership. First off Mitsubishis SUCK and their used cars SUCK too. Dont get roped into their old style awful salesman tactics... If you want to be treated like a POS go to Glendale Mitsubishi where they DONT GIVE A F**K about their customers.
