I have so many good things to say about my experience at Cars 911 Im not even sure where to start! This was my first time at this dealership and this is far from the typical used car sales experience. They have a very big lot and all the cars look like they could be on a new car dealership lot. The main office space is professional and clean. When I arrived on the lot, I was able to walk around on the lot looking at cars for a bit without anyone pestering me. Once I walked into the showroom, I was treated professionaly and respectfully, I had called earlier in the day about a particular car. (2013 Hyundai Elantra) I originally spoke to Norma who actually works in finance. She then directed me to Yami Rivera in sales. Yami was friendly, and knowledgeable. And the best part for me is she didnt push a sales pitch on me. At first, they could not find the keys for the car. Yami apologized time and again for the delay. And several other sales people and managers did the same as I sat there waiting. Also offering me bottled water while I waited. Really great customer care. She found the keys let me inspect the car at my pace. We then went for a very thorough test drive. She even let me take the car on the highway so i could really get a feel for the car. After the test drive I was convinced this was the car I wanted. Once back in the showroom, manager Jack George came into the mix. Again, he was courteous, professional and respectful. We haggled on price a little but not much as the car had just recently been reduced over $1500. Jack gave me the rundown of all of my options as far as financing and extra coverage went. But once I told him what I wanted, he didnt try to "push" anything on me. I appreciated that. They were able to better the interest rate I got from my credit union. And they even gave me $500 trade in value for my beat up 1998 Toyota Camry with over 400,000 miles. (Yes, you read that right!) Hence the need for a newer car. The car had been in their second lot so it needed a wash which Yami had told me they would do even before I asked. And while the car was being washed and my documents prepared, they offered me a free lunch from their cafe. And this wasnt just a sandwich and water, more like a full chicken dinner with salad and potatoes! After getting the lunch, my documents were ready to sign. Andy in finance was clear and concise. He made sure I knew what each document was for that I was signing. I never felt like he was trying to "slide" anything by me. Again, I appreciated that. At first they could only find one key for the car which I wasnt thrilled with. But Yami kept looking and did end up finding a second key. Which is rare when buying a used car. After I transferred all of my stuff from my old car to the new car, I noticed the low tire pressure light on. Yami and Jack got right on it and had their crew take care of it before I left. As you can clearly tell, I had an amazing experience at this dealership. They really know what they are doing at this dealership. I happily told them I would give them a glowing review on Yelp as they had earned it. I would highly recommend Cars911 to anyone looking for a great used car. They have a huge inventory, the cars are in amazing shape, and their pricing was better than anywhere else in town. I will gladly use them again if I need another used car. Thanks again!

Well I dont know where to start. I was looking for a new car, had a Nissan Altima 2014 from a popular dealer in Glendale left with the car, after a week had to go again to sign "some papers" turns out they were handing me a new contract with an insane APR and monthly payments. I return that car to the dealer and on the way back I saw Cars 911 and decided stop and check it out. While looking at the cars on the front I met Joe his one of the salesperson he greeted me and walk me through the entire parking lot of cars. Easily we walk back and forward more than 3 times he didnt rush me into getting a car. He let me check the interior and turn on multiple cars in the lot. We test drive 2 cars. At the end I decided to get a 2016 Hyundai Sonata. The time to fill out the paper work and to see the approval was fast no more than an hour. The APR was reasonable and so the monthly payments. Everything was stress free. So far I havent had any problems with the car I purchased it on Sept 8 2016. The full name of the salesperson is Joe Keshishi pretty cool guy.

The way I found this dealership was strange since I had gone to the area for a different dealer, but Im glad I did. Im a student in college, first of all I never imagined being able to finance or buy a car at this age. My experience here was amazing; from entering the dealerships parking space to driving off with an incredible 2014 Nissan Altima. Hilda was the sales associate, that gave my family and I a great first impression, would defiantly (with no doubt) recommend her. The financing process was quick, Hilda was extremely helpful and patient. Answered every question and concern I had with a smile. She understood just what I wanted and negotiated in accordance to my budget, which was great. Along the way I also met the sales manager Jose Montes De Oca, who explained everything with detail. An extremely professional and trustworthy person. Overall a great experience, thank you Cars911 and team for making my first car a possibility!

I bought a 2007 Dodge Magnum from these guys back in July. It was a piece of junk. It was all scratched up. Bumper looked like someone ran into a gate or something. The catalytic catalytic converter went out two weeks after i bought the car. The timing chain went out 6 months into owning the car. Then i lost my job and tried to work out with their financing company Auto Financial Services in Glendale. This car wasnt worth the 7k i was paying for it anyway. If you see this car on the lot dont buy it. It will give you issues! VIN # 2D4FV47T87H681228 Dont get me wrong the dealership was great. I came all the way from Lancaster CA and they washed the car and even fed me lunch. A great dealership. But I dont like their financing partner.

Dont buy from this dealership they only sell auction cars I purchased a car three months ago and I already invested over $$$4000 Thousand on this car, ( they do give you a month of warranty but after that month a bunch of problems are going to come after you drive the car up and down save your money go somewhere else or take your car to a professional mechanic ) very disappointed No se los recomiendo que compren carros en este Dealer venden puros carros de subasta no compren carros en este dealer se van a arrepentir cuando lleven su carro a un mecánico dicen que te dan un mes de garantía después pasa el mes y su carro se descompone no le dura más de un año y puros problemas !!!!
