Lousiest service Ive ever experienced! I received up to FOUR different people calling in ONE day regarding the same matter, when it had been resolved in the first call. Going into a site, I was told the person with whom I had an appointment didnt work there. Then the one who DID help, never did the job , I was never contacted so I went in and found a person who was unable to do anything for me. I requested that she call someone (which hadnt dawned on her) and HE couldnt help me. I ended up being put on the phone with the corporate office. I would recommend RUN. RUN FAR AND FAST! Worst company in History!

Absolutely hate them! They sold me a recall car that Ive been having problems with since the beginning. No one ever contacts you back when you call with a complaint or concern. They are quick to call for that payment though. I only went with them because at the time I was just establishing my credit and didnt have a co signer. So no other car dealer would really work with me. I shouldve known they were fraud by how quick they took my money and gave me any car. Probably going to sue them. Worst place Ive ever done business with. Wouldnt recommend spending your time or money with them.

Reading all of the reviews, I see that most of them are just 1 star. The ones that are 5 stars all are written similarly, include the salesman (Fred), and their profiles only have the one review. These are clues that this place is putting up fake reviews to try to counter their bad reviews. I dont know this for a fact, but the clues are all there. Even without having visited the place, I would recommend lots of caution before considering this place.

This company is a rip off. They do not give you all of the information you need to make an informed decision. They also drove the car I returned to them in the express lane for 2 months after I returned the car racking up tickets in my name. I wish I could rate them below a zero! Not to mention their cars are all old and dusty except for the REALLY expensive ones. Total Rip Off. And dont believe zero down for a second... all lies

My experience with Car Champs was excellent. Fred, our salesmen really took care of us in a timely manner, and made sure we werent there more than an hour. He made the purchase process quick. We actually walked out of Car Champs with 0 Down in a Van. For quality speedy service ask for Fred hes the best!!! I paid my car off over 6 months ago and I still dont have my pink slip in my hand. They have given me every reason of why its not available to them. This place is a scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I will be placing a complaint with BBB and obviously am now going to contact legal support to help me get my car title!

I bought my car there like almost the years ago they were really good back then. I dont know how it is now cause they got bought out by another company. The Ofc that Fred was in was awesome they really helped you out a lot. My brother and sister got a car there also. But that Ofc has closed down now

My wife returned a car and 3 weeks later they still were charging us. Then speaking to someone in the company is almost useless. Employees dont know policy and each person you talk to says something completely different. Youre better off going anywhere but there. Rip off.

Checked my credit score. Someone tried stealing my identity here. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They sure didnt ask for an ID or proof of residency because if they had they wouldnt of tried to sell a car to a complete THEIF! I guess takes one to know one.
