I just had my first ever car buying experience with CAR PROS KIA, and currently Im very happy. I was in the market for a used FORTE, and saw on the CAR PROS KIA website an advertised top o the line 2016 SX hatchback, with a 2.4 liter engine, and all the bells and whistles (sunroof, bluetooth, leather, Navi, blind spot monitor, yada yada). The online advertised price was $18,630. I called them up and talked to OJ (Orlando jaimes), who said hed meet me there. Half an hour later I was there, he was ready with the key. The sign on the car in the lot advertised the car for $21K+. I mentioned the price I saw online, and he nodded, saying, "yes well give you that price." He did ask me for my drivers license, and off we went! We took a good long test drive, including the freeway, because I do a lot of freeway driving. Car was in perfect cosmetic condition, drove well, and I was in love and ready to buy. A tad of haggling later (they dropped the price a bit), a decent offer to trade in my decade old Subaru, and I drove out the door with a car I am currently thrilled with!! It was Certified Pre-Owned (one person had leased it for 3 years), and when I noted that one of the boxes on the CPO checklist hadnt been checked, OJ went to the service manager, and came back with the box checked. I put down 5, financed the rest at 2.95%, and while paperwork always takes a while, I arrived there at 4:30, and was done by around 7 PM. OJ showed me how the Navi worked, got me an Owners Manual, demonstrated everything, helped me clean out my old car. I was very pleased with his customer service attitude (I mean, 2 other dealerships I had gone to kept me waiting in the hot sun, tried to sell me a car I didnt want). He was straightforward, professional, responsive and I trusted him. I hadnt bought a used car in over 30 years, so I was kind of a babe in the woods. Five days later, the car is running great, and Im going to have my mechanic check it out and will report back. I just want to add that its really important to suss out the best listed/advertised price for a car, which is often found online. If I hadnt seen that $18,630 price listed on the website, I would have been haggling a lot more at the dealership over the 21K+ price. The dealer must honor the advertised price.

This review is for OJ in the sales department Its been 6 month since I bought my Kia Sportage from Car Pros Kia Glendale and I still love my car. I found this dealership and my car thru the dealer web site and even though I was dreading going thru a new car buying experience, OJ (Orlando Jaimes) made it so smooth for me. He doesnt give off that creepy car salesman vibe and you can tell he knows his product. Since then Ive also come back here for my maintenance and I like their service so much, I still find it worth it to come here from West LA. The only confusing thing is the layout of the service desks. I cant tell where Im supposed to stand in order to wait my turn in order to get help. They are always busy and Im never sure if they see you waiting or you should be getting trying to flag them down. However, I have to say, Ive always had great service here. As annoyed as I am when I first try to figure out where/who to talk to, they always make me feel better once I start talking to one of the service associates. The seating areas are comfortable and they have a coffee/tea. There is a shuttle service that can take you and pick you up to the Americana or nearby. Nice option to use time while waiting. The service will call you when your car is ready. All in all these factors contribute to a positive experience that makes me want to buy my future car from here as well from Orlando Jaimes only.

Alex was terrible. No knowledge of their own products except an oil change. I came in for an issue with POWER liftgate randomly opening and after showing him another small issue with tether anchor (another thing he didnt know), he proceeded to close my POWER liftgate manually and when i mentioned that, he just shrugged like "whatever". Of course he mentioned the cliche "if we cant duplicate the problem, we cant do anything" even though website says what to do and of course I had to spew that off to him as well. He would just respond, "Oh, he did check that...why wouldnt he. Its his job." Even though he had no clue what I was talking about and are you kidding me with that response. Service guys NOT doing their job? People for that matter. SMH. He did however make a point of letting me know they close at 5pm and to "make sure to be back before then" two times because apparently his Redbull vodkas were waiting for his night out clubbing and he wanted to get a head start. Switching dealerships to get service. Dont go here unless you want to bench press and drink Redbull vodkas and disregard your issues with your vehicle.

In our family, we have mostly been Toyota Prius users. So, i was heading to the Toyota dealer to buy a new car, when i decided to stop at Kia Glendale, just out of curiosity. The fact that, two hours later, i left Kia with a new Kia EX Hybrid is easy to explain. The Kia Ex offers features similar, and at times superior to the Prius, all at affordable prices. The main reason that I acquired this superb car has to do with the Kia sales person I encountered there. Known as Mo, Mr. P-Hesari is not your usual high pressure person. I enjoyed dealing with Mo because he was a listener, attentive to my car specs and budget needs. He was flexible in negotiations, and made available options that attracted me to deal with him and conclude the sale. The transaction did not end up with the sale, as he sat with me in the new car and took his time to show me all the features, mechanical and electronic ones, and I am grateful for that. The fact is that I have branched now from Toyota to Kia is entirely due to Mos approach and trusted personality. So now you know who to go to when you visit Kia Glendale of beautiful California!

I personally loved my experience at Car Pros Kia of Glendale. I filled out an online inquiry for information and pricing on a Sorento SX, and was responded to within 15 minutes! Cris of the Internet Department answered all of my questions and gave me the price, then set up an appointment for me to come in. I showed up at my appointment, and the Sorento SX was out front, ready for me to test drive, and my salesman Rod was ready and waiting for me. The test drive was no hassle (unlike with most dealerships Ive visited where the salesman is already pressing me to buy). When we finished the test drive, Rod brought me over to his desk and set me up with coffee and a water, then sat down and answered all of my questions. There was no hassle or arguing over the numbers that the Internet Department had given me, and I was into finance within 20 minutes. I was out of the dealership and driving home within an hour and a half of my appointment time in my brand new Sorento SX!!! I love this place and will come back when my lease is up and specifically ask for Rod.
