I had thee best experience this morning. I went in to purchase margarita glasses and a clear blue bowl for a dinner party Im hosting. Well, I was also looking for a tablecloth with mats. I found some; however they didnt have enough. I asked a couple of the women their, but they said they didnt have anymore. Then, Jason (employee) said he would help me. He looked everywhere and...wah-la! Jason found me as I was browsing and provided me not only with the table mats I was in need of, but also the cloth napkins. He was such a great help to me!!! Jason really went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much, Jason! You really made my experience so much easier.

I enjoy shopping at Homegoods but the customer service in a Glendale isnt as friendly. The ladies need to cheer up. I visited Temecula & La Canada and the employees are always polite. So if you cant deal with customer service and take pride in your job, you should probably enroll in etiquette school.

They have a good selection of things for the home. Prices arent too bad. Went to the store towards the late evening and the store seemed messy and the lines werent too long but the cashiers were very slow so it took a while to finally pay for my items. Staff was friendly and helpful through.

They have so much cool stuff...but the store is usually a mess, the checkout line takes FOREVER, and its tough to get any help. Even if you call...the phone just cycles to the recorded menu over and over until you give up. I guess its what you have to put up with to get some cool stuff.

This store is so messy and cramped. Items on shelves are piled onto each other and merchandise is all over the floor. At least the cashiers were friendly. Ive been to the stores in La Canada and Palm Desert and those were nicely maintained. This one just looks like Ross.
