I cant believe theyre allowed to sell products in the condition they do with the awful customer service they have. I have been in countless homegoods over the years and never seen a store full of broken merchandise i thought it was an outlet or something. I bought a table with a crack in it and tried to bring it to the attention of the manager after seeing a large selection of ruined products all over the store not marked down as they should be in the damaged "clearance" section. the employee refuses to get me the manager so I blatantly ask "your manager will not come out and speak to me?" I explained how rude this was she shrugged and she said maybe youll get a discount on the table at the front and walked away. The manager finally walks over touches the large crack in the table says "oh" and walks away no eye contact. I dont care about the discount I was willing to pay full price I just needed some ASSISTANCE. I pull the table to the counter and see the same table absolutely shattered on the floor behind the check out stand, I.e a crack in the marble will lead to it just breaking and they want to give me 10% off and have me drag it around the store myself. I am trying to leave and the manager starts arguing with the customer next to me so I try to step in for the customer who is shocked at the way the manager is speaking to her, thanks me for helping her after being yelled at over needing an extra shopping bag for her purchase and the manager telling her they DONT HAVE ANY!! Do not go in this store you will end up with broken furniture and a bad taste.

Employee: Victoria. I am beyond impressed with the service. I have been looking all over the south bay for waters glasses that I bought from a different location. I didnt really want to drive the 30 minutes if they didnt have them at the El Segundo store, so I called, and in order to best serve me, Victoria allowed me to text her personal phone the picture of the glasses! She was then able to go look for them. They didnt have the glasses at the time, but she told me she would keep her eye out for them! What exceptional service! I appreciate this so much.

Otherwise, enjoy browsing through their products. Staff is friendly, engaging and helpful! Pro tip - Sometimes the products are a bit damaged, so be sure to check over what you choose closely before purchasing.

It was so crowded and even though she was helping multiple customers, she handled herself very professionally. As a small business owner I value exceptional employees and Crystal is one. She was able to get me information regarding delivery options as well. I really appreciated her help.

The rug selection here is my favorite. Theyre so affordable and abundant in design. Im never shopping for another area rug on Craigslist again! I love this homegoods. I come here for pretty much all my interior decorating needs, especially because I can parlay with a trip to Cost Plus next door!

This store has new items coming in all the time, framed mirrors art work ,awesome furniture, bath storage kids area pots pans,etc,that are much less than other stores that carry the same items.
