Its a big store, they have everything. Staff is okay, I havent come across excellent customer service or enthusiam. They have great deals and are normally good with discounts for broken items. There has been a few times were the manager refused to give me a discount on a broken item that I wanted to buy and fix at home. A lamp had rope that was almost all the way off and the top was broken off of the bottom part and she still did not want to discount it. She still thought the price should be $35. Ive only come across that from that paticular manager a couple times, the other ones are better. Overall, I will always come here because of the great stuff they have.

The store is in desperate need of Maintenance and management. Stuff was strowed everywhere it looked like a discount outlet closeout store. I shop home goods in North Carolina and this store resembled nothing alike....very disappointed

Collection of tons of crazy and obscure home decorating items. You can find stuff here you wouldnt elsewhere and for an acceptable price. Store is usually quite messy - cleaning and blocking need to be managed better.
