Worst experience!!!! Would Never recommend!!!! I purchased 2 items and was paying with a debit card.... After I was charged I realized I was charged a 50 cents fee. I asked the lady to void out the transaction so I could go ahead and purchase another transaction above five dollars so the fee would be waived the lady refused and was very rude I shared with her I was very disappointed that she was not able to rectify the situation from a customer service standpoint . So I ended up walking out of the establishment and would never recommend them to anyone.!!!!!Very Teffible Customer Service!!!!!! Unpleasant experience!!!! I would have purchased more ..... If she would have told me before I was charged. She made me feel it was My fault..... When She was not competent with her role and the ability to up-sell to avoid this charge and outright Refused to void or correct the transaction!!!! Im so Horrified!!!!!!! Lack of customer service and just rude and wrong!!!!! Never again will I go there!!!!!

I will usually give a business more than one chance to show what it can do before forming an opinion and Ive given this shop plenty of opportunities. First. I want a cup of coffee with my donut. Several times the coffee pot was either empty or had old, stale coffee in it. I would leave without a purchase. Stopped by today and, what do you know, fresh coffee-time to order a donut. Big mistake. The product was "tough", overly sweetened and tasted greasy, not to mention that it was higher priced than other shops. This shop may be open 24 hours but this donut had to have been at least 36 hours old. Overall, this has got to be one of the worst shops in Fresno. Opinions will vary and you can spend your money to form yours but as for me, this was my last visit.

been here a couple of times, my husband would pick me up some donuts when he get off of work, it was fresh around 6pm.. but with it being 24 hours, their donuts at night are at least a day old... donut holes are the worst. but hey, its open 24 hours... I only come here for the crunchy donuts. other then that, I rather go into the hood to get the freshest donuts.

Donuts were fresh and there was perfect variety. So yummy! Negatives are they charge for cups of water and if you use credit or debit you have to spend at least $5, otherwise cash only

The donuts are often stale. The sign says hot tea $1 all sizes, but the lady insisted I pay $2 for tea and refused to reverse the charge on my card.

LOOK IN THE CASE WHERE THE DONUTS ARE THERE ARE BUGGS IN THERE A LOT ESPECIALLY IN THE EVENING IT WAS GROSS NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE
