Terrible experience! The guy called Wilfredo (Willy) misquoted me on the monthly bill, more than 22usd compared to what I ended up paying from the very first month. He gave me the quote in writing (the monthly bill estimate), so it wasnt any misunderstanding on my end, and he has further acknowledged that he remembers that quote. The issue is that its been more than 4 months of wrong bills (more than 22usd extra a month) + hours of time wasted over the phone and in the store. Willy is just procrastinating over and over. He initially asked me to wait for 30 days and told me the bill will adjust after the first month. 3 months later, the bill is still showing higher. He initially tried to tell me that I was misreading the bill, but once he saw that I am right, and that I have the quote sheet in my hands, he told me he cannot help and he needed to talk to a manager. I made it clear that I am not interested in wasting my time again going back and forth to the store, so he told me he will talk to the manager and have him call me the next day... Now its a week from that time, and I havent received a single call from Sprint though I have been calling almost every day (more than 15 calls in total). I have provided my cellphone and name every time I called and was promised a call back in some time ranging from few minutes to few hours, but that never happened. Every time I brought that forth to the attention of the employees, I was told Willy and the manager (Michael/Mike) were busy with customers [and few times was told they were not in the store] (amazing how much of a difference it makes to them when they are dealing with a new customer from whom they will make some commission vs an old customer they have already made the commission from!). Conclusion: neither Willy nor the store manager have any integrity! One other important thing to note is that when I was signing up for the service, Willy told me that I could add 10 other lines or so given my excellent credit score. I told him my parents might be interested, and he was initially calling me every now and then to see if I wanted to add them (again, how free he was back when he could have made some more commission from me vs how busy he got later on once he realized I was not interested in adding my parents anymore!). This is not to mention that Sprints service is terrible compared to ATTs: I switched hoping to at least get the same service but was shocked in how bad Sprints coverage (especially for LTE - it almost never works for me) is!

Just walked in to have my phone looked at since it wouldnt turn on. The 8+ employees laugh and talking in there looked at me like I was disturbing them. When I started explaining my issue they cut me off and told me I had to drive to a different location for service. Generally rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional staff, this is normal for this location. I have had multiple negative experiences. Once my contract is up I will change providers despite Sprints cheap unlimited plan (what originally attracted me).

UNPROFESSIONAL management. Raphael changed my plan so he could get commission off purchases I did not authorize on my account. When I tried to go to the sprint store and speak to him regarding these charges, he blew me off and said he would not assist me. This manager is a scammer. Im definitely leaving sprint due to poor customer service.

I have been a Spint customer for over 5yrs and have never had an issue with any sales person or manager as well as the cell phone service.
