I went to this on April 24th 2017, and found a fitbit alta on a clearance price, which dropped from $129.95 to $39.98. But the associate was not sure about the price, so he called his manager called Ida. When manager came, she thought the price of the item was too low. She first scanned the item on a cash register, the price showed $38.98, then she scanned that smart wristband on her scanner, still showed $38.98. Then she told me that targets system had a problem, she could sell the item to me. I told her that since the price on the system was $38.98, moreover, that is a clearance item, why she couldnt sell it to me. Then this manager Ida became very arrogant and rude, and replied that that was the rule, and she had rights to refuse sell it to me. I went to target store every week to buy food, sometimes household stuff and apparel. I really like shopping environment and customer service of target before. But this time I was shocked, Ive been shopping for years at target, and never met a manager acted like this, I was not sure if Ida was new to target corp, but Im sure she was not well trained.

I specifically asked Holly from guest services to hold an unopened/undamaged mini fridge for me (as I could not fit it in my car and I would have to come back to pick it up). She took my name and informed my girlfriend and I that it would be okay to pick up so long as I could be back before closing time at 10pm. I told Holly that I would try to be back within the next hour, but assured her that I would be back before closing to pick up the package. I came around 9pm and she had informed me that she had released the item and sold it (which I believe was to a store associate whom was also looking at buying the same item). I was very upset that she informed and reassured me that it would be present when I returned, but only to find out that it was sold. I still purchased another (OPENED) mini fridge, but that is besides the principle. What was held for me should have been held for me as this is good business ethics (not an OPENED similar item).

Doesnt have good understanding of customer service. I tried to exchange an item (receipt on hand) for different size purchased at another store location on same day. Manager informed me that due to their policy exchange because people would rip Target off by purchasing an item and return to another store. 1st of all, I didnt want any money back. I just want to get the right size. 2nd of all, I had been accused and found guilty of trying to rip off Target. What is the value of having a receipt if not going to be honored especially if its a fair exchange? These managers need to think their policy through. I fully understand Im not in Nordstrom. :(

Waited 30 minutes in checkout line with my groceries on the counter. Cashier was selling a target credit card to customer in front of me. Everyone in other lines that got there after me were checked and long time gone. Then after explaining and SELLING this woman the card, he had to explain and show this woman the cartwheel app.Talk about going the extra mile for one person while making everyone else wait. I WONT BE SHOPPING AT TARGET ANY MORE. WAL-MART PRICES ARE JUST AS GOOD WITHOUT THE STIPIDITY.

If youve shopped at Target before you usually have set expectations. This one is clean and organized. The staff is usually very helpful and nice (could use a little more though.) My only issues with this location are: The grocery area runs out of product a lot of the time. Often a wait to check out and they havent gotten the hang of having someone at the self check outs yet. Other than that, it is very nice. Much better than the other Target in Fremont that is terrible.

Im concerned to hear in the news and find out at the store, that all men may use the women rest room depends on how they feel that day, if they say they are a women today. Why can you not just change the the family rest room into unisex rest room and leave the women and men rest room as they are? As I feel unsafe letting my little girl go into a rest room knowing men could be in there. I will NOT BE shopping any more in your stores, until you change your policy!

I come here on a regular basis as it is close to my home. Its one if the bigger Targets - not a super Target, but a big regular Target. Other than that its a fairly standard Target. Its in a prime location in the middle of Pacific Commons, so it gets a good amount of traffic. That means it can get a bit dirty sometimes, especially on the weekends. Still a great Target experience, though!

Good place to buy All Kind of Stuff. Here staff is friendly and you get all good latest trendy clothing and good deals especially we go here for all baby related stuff to buy. Food cloths toys diapers shampoo soaps water etc etc Good thing they have CVS also inside for medicine

Basic target, clean and well stocked. Lots of employees around if you need help finding things, and parking wasnt an issue. I like the sale/clearance racks personally but you can also find good deals on the regularly priced items if you look.

We are from out of town and ended up with a flat tire in their parking lot and they could have had us towed instead security bought us breakfast and helped with the tire and got us back on our merry way.thank u so much!!!!!

It was great and lately its been changing and it looks amazing. I love how target is changing and having great items too. Some of the stuff I cant find in Wal-Mart I find at target and they have better clothes and bikes.

Good target location. Employees are helpful and courteous. Store is organized and clean. What more can you ask? They have some EV charging stations in the parking lot for those of you with electric cars.

It is not great experience. There is no good collection here. Most sizes of clothing not available. Not enough billing counters, there was a long queue on non-peak day/hour too.

My favorite Target. Big, clean, well layed out, VERY helpful staff. Always something fun in the $1 bins right inside the door, so you start your visit with a smile.

Its just another Target store but not in a mall like setting. Whenever I come to auto mall pkwy (which is mostly on a Saturday) I make it a point to enter target.
