Hard to not give 5 stars when it is so close and convenient. If you are having a hard time finding the store, Ive got your back! First, dont be fooled by the picture on Maps, this place is a small office INSIDE the Marriott (not a standalone building). Drive into the entrance for the Marriott, and grab the closest available parking to the valet roundabout (free 15 min as others mentioned) - this is the entrance you need. Go into the lobby and continue down the right side, past the check-in desk. It is the next hallway on the right, which you just walk down until you see the UPS office on your right side. Or just ask the super friendly Marriott staff and they will direct you there. Seriously, the hardest part is finding it - you can do it!!

This store overcharges its customers! I wanted to get some stamps for international letters, which are $1.15 each. However, I was charged $2 each. So, I asked again for the price and was told they were always $2. I showed them the prices on the website, which said $1.15. Then, I was told its a convenience fee and either I should pay or leave.

Been using this store for months now to ship items from the San Jose/Hayward Area across the country. The packing has been great and so has the pricing. Great customer service and service in general I use this store every time I have any items in this area that need picked up, packed and shipped.

If you have not been here before, it is not recommanded to visit this store. It is hard to find it. It is located in a corner of a hotel which takes a long time to find it. Furthermore, if you need more than 15 minutes, you need to pay for the parking.

It took me only 5 minutes driving to Marriott, but took another 15 minutes looking for it.... AND FAILED! Should have read review first. What to say? Its really really hard to find and dont use this one if you have other choices.

For sure a nice store, I did not tape the box and want to buy one at the store, that gentleman helped me out without charge, making me even feels guilty inside, will tape the box well next time for sure

Its definitely here. Take a parking ticket and drive until you see this tiny UPS sign on the red post. Dropped off my package quickly. The Marriott parking valet knew where it was.

It is inside the Marriott. Take the parking ticket and keep driving. Look for a small UPS sign. You have 15 minutes to do your business to exit the parking without paying.
