I was at this Ross today and felt so insulted even though it wasnt directed at me. I was in line, and there was some problem with a customer that was ahead of me. They apparently wanted to buy a pair of pants that didnt have tags. It took a long time for the cashier to find personnel to take care of the problem.... while they were taking care of that problem, a long line was forming behind me.... there was only one line open.... we all waited patiently, after all, what can we do?? After 6-7 customers lined up, they finally opened up another register. Thats not what Im complaining about, although it was frustrating to have to wait for so long before they opened up another line. The customer that had the original problem had to wait all this time, too. She complained to the man in charge, Chris, about how unorganized they were and that it shouldnt take them so long to take care of the problem. I agreed too, silently.... then this man said, "sorry you are unhappy, thats the policy". The woman said,"Im not talking about the policy, but in how long it took you to take care of the problem" and left, the man sarcastically then turned to another employee and said,"then, dont shop here"!!! Can you believe that?! Hes a manager or at least a personnel in charge and he had this "dont shop here then" attitude toward the customer. And he said it for all the rest of the customers to hear. I felt so abused and insulted. Its like he doesnt care for our business. It was frustrating to have to wait in line for so long, but to have to stand in line and have to hear that kind of attitude made me not want to shop here ever again!!!

My shopping experience at this branch was without question horrible. The assortment and different sizes of clothes they have are limited. The security guard at this branch is extremely rude. They only had one register open and that was the return clothing register. I stood in line for 10 minutes when I realized that the return register line was the only one moving, so I changed lines. The security guard came over to me and told me to change lines. I explained that the purchase register wasnt open and that I had been standing in line for over 10 minutes. He completely ignored me and basically forced me over to the other line. This is definitely not an experience that I want to happen again. For that reason I will not be returning to this place. The sad thing is that I have come to this branch at least once a week and spent a lot money here. They have just lost a valuable customer.

The Ross stores experience can be more accurately described as treasure hunting than shopping, as you may end up not liking anything one day, while suddenly coming across a great deal on something you didnt even expect to find there on your lucky day. I got a pair of Fossil sunglasses for a very attractive price from here. The staff was also very helpful, and let me use their restroom (meant for the staff only) when I requested them

The young lady in the counter was very rash. Instead of helping the me to get the price she was asking the customer to run back and get the other item for price check. Finally when I saw the price of the item was stuck on the bottom of the item itself. Dont they need to know that much!

This Ross has always been clean every time I visited. The downside I have noticed is they do not carry much in comparison to other stores. Staff is very pleasant and the crowds are usually minimal.
