Havent been to Ross much but I had a great experience this last time at the Clayton store, people were friendly and one employee especially named Melinda, she was very helpful, perfect example for others to follow as example. Store was very neat for a Ross as well. Keep up the good work guys!

Everytime I come into this specific Ross I feel like everyone is being hella rude on the low, and Im always being followed, me and my mom, like I cant just shop in piece. Im going to try to stop going in because its really exhausting to feel hella uncomfortable when youre just trying to shop.

hardly have their racks and shelves full (like most ross stores) They have good prices and location is convenient for me. Always long wait in line. If they have the security person by the front door to intimidate people, their mission has been accomplished.

This place is so unorganized its crazy. Twice Ive gone in there and waited in a very long line while the employees stood around and gossiped and laughed at the people in line. Please dont waste your precious time at this location.

This Ross tends to be cleaner than most. The staff is friendly and there is loads of parking. Everything is super cheap here, but finding what you want might take a few visits as their stock changes almost daily.

Great store and better customer service. I just love this Ross. Its so much cleaner and organized then all the other Stores I have been into. My daughter and I could spend hours in there and we have.

Very good discount store for low prices and shelves are very organized. Service cashiers are always the same. Lines are always short, mostly only about 2-3 people per line.

Was able to find what I needed which is rare with their limited stock at that location. Staff was very friendly. This location lines are frequently a bit long.
